So I went back and as I was reading it as time went on sarah internal dialogue wasn’t too much of her in shock and awe and acting like she didn’t know who killed her. She was very set on the third set of dna and the other stuff her internal was actually not as focused on who killed home girl but who’s dna it was so it makes a bit of sense I guess
I never saw it from your point of view and you’re right Nick seemed mad at Maddison but he’s so close to Jeremiah and acts like they are best friends or something
The water guy killed the guy because he was messing with innocent people Daniel was trained by the CIA and was not harming innocent people but rather fighting a war against supposed enemies
Also I’m pretty sure Daniel was actually trained by the CIA because Dante said El Salvador was fighting a civil war has always especially in the past been involved with the wars and politics of Central American countries
I mean Alicia and the group have kinda done worse than what the lady at the hotel did 😅 Daniel brought all those walkers to the military hospital and killed everyone and those people had families a lot of the officers were probably not trying to do stuff with evil intent
The neighbors house was facing their backyard they weren’t next door so they were closer going from the backyard than going all the way around the street
I know it's a bit to late, but Alex and the guy she was taking care of, were part of a webisode named "flight 462" which it's propuse was to promote s2 of fear and to introduce those characters for then showing them in s2 where they will play a bigger role. So, when they first appeared your reaction should've been "omg these are the people from the webisode" but don't worry, at end they didn't were important at all and they never appeared againg. The same thing happened to me with this webisode and I watched it just out of curiosity, is an interesting history (just like the others webisodes) but not necessary to watch since it doesn't have an impact on the main series
when u bond over tequila shots at a walker infested hotel & admit u didn’t tell the kids (Nick & Alicia) their dad prob drove into oncoming traffic, and that friend has your back 2 seconds later when walkers over take the lobby/bar of hotel, that’s kinda a bond u can’t forget. (*Strand & Madison getting drunk & him calling out her southern twang that comes and goes, depending on situation (me too irl)). That’s why I think Madison has blind faith in Strand & his bag of bullshit he always carries.
Plz do an image search of the actor that plays Strand (Coleman Domingo). He’s been on lots of fashion & best actor lists of several things & was nominated for an Oscar not too long ago. Fear was kinda his springboard to leveling up. He’s a smooth operator, as one can tell by the way he plays Strand.
Until u pointed it out, I hadn’t thought of the tattoo at that flea market since I saw the ep in ‘17. Tattoo of an eyeball on the lid of an eyeball possible theories: 1) if they doze off, it’d be hard to tell from a distance & deter someone sneaking up while snoozing 2); to blend in w/ a horde in a weird way like the Whisperers 3) the tattoo artist & “I see you when I’m sleeping” guy had some intricate barter thing happening at the flea market that was probably layered, convoluted & deserves it’s own backstory. Why would one do that really is one of the great mysteries lol
I downloaded this version of “Stand By Me” after the ep originally aired & still listen to it from time to time. Great use of background music setting the tone.
Troy is a very damaged almost evil person. but he has a spark and a affinity for fighting and leading that jake lacks. That is part of the reason why madison is puting so much effort into manipulating him.

I think the reason Nick gravitates to Jeremiah is b/c he sees him as some sort of father figure that he never felt w/ Travis, just like Troy gravitates to Madison as a mother figure. I think she sees that too & she’s playing him to ultimately protect her family.
I didn't even think of it that way honestly, that he may see Jeremiah has some sort of father figure or maybe reminds him a little of his own dad, good catch. I definitely see that with Troy and Madison tho!
You’re fairly accurate of the timeline of things, best I could tell too. Remember, Carol killed 2 ppl at the prison when the sickness was going around but Rick banished her for it. The actress that plays Madison is southern, but in that opening I think she exaggerated it to play up to the rednecks.

If you had of showen her we'd be able to see if it was or not, but you didn’t show her face & then asked off screen, I've looked 6 times and see nothing..!!!!!!!!
I remember when Talking Dead aired after this ep, the actor that plays Travis announced he was cast in the new Avatar movies. Also, fun fact: Madison & Jeremiah Otto worked together on the show Deadwood (tho I’ve never seen it).
