gyms and sweat are not going to give you acne please do not believe that myth, if that was the case all the pro tennis players would be breaking out as they wipe their face with towels, etc. constantly. there is something wrong hormonally that is being influenced by any medications/drugs or food intake you are having. I myself have not washed my face in days and i have no acne. trust me, its not the sweat. whey protein is also a waste product from milk; they package it into powder and sell it to the masses; it is a huge scam. Go on a carnivore diet it will heal your acne.
I just came across your video, and I love it. A quick question, do you get to straighten your leave out everyday before you go out? If not, how often do you straighten it and how do you lock it in? I recently got a sewin but my leave out is everywhere, my hair is permed so i can confused. Is there something i am missing out on? Thank you.
Always had this deep fear of washing my sew in, because my mom washed hers once and didn’t rinse the shampoo out fully and it broke her hair off so bad! 🫣 I been shook ever since.

I’ve been on spiro for 2 months. No results as of yet. I’m not sure if this is caused by the medication or if I’m hyperfocused on my acne but I do notice more breakouts. My acne has always been on the lower half of my face. These past 2 weeks I broke out nonstop and got pimples in areas I don’t normally get them on. I’m leaving this comment here and will update in a few months.
I have a bronzer but its not dark enough and didnt know how I can use it....when you applied that bronzer as a highlight to your cheeks , nose and eye lids as an eyeshadow you gave me an idea!!! 💡Thanks for posting especially for those who have hyperpigmentation 🤎🤎
This is a great tutorial! Also as someone who has dark spots, I’ve realized it’s impossible to cover them without the use of a concealer. The only other option I find is tinted moisturizer but when you have dark spots - you still have to layer to cover them completely. So it’s the same as using a foundation or concealer 🤷🏾♀️
