I'm assuming you are talking about the roof lights, fog lights, and maybe the grill lights. I don't have a video of it but I can try to make a how to video if that would help.
Nice tank bro! Btw how are the availability of parts online? For repair etc Im considering this 1/18th scale, however most parts i found are for 1/16 and 1/24
@muhammadaqlanzaki5155 to be honest, I've never looked into parts for it. This tank just sits on the shelf after that video. It has a lot of (cheap)plastic parts on it, so it will most definitely break something with heavy use.
@paulmaldonado7039 Vegas Paul in the building! I'm praying all is well with you! The body came from Horizon Hobby. It's the Raptor for a Traxxas Stampede 2wd.
@Espein just swapping out the gear box for a metal one shouldn't make it do that. The gears may have come unseated somehow, and the teeth are not catching like they should. That would be my guess, but I could be wrong 😕 😂
What could be the problem if it will not move forward but backward movement is good, and also the rudder is good but it can function even out of water?
@jomotogarage there isn't really any calibration you can do with those cheap stock 2 in 1 esc/receiver boards. You did say that you modified the boat to where it would work out the water by cutting those 2 wires and bonding them together, right? So if that's the case, that esc could be bad. You could take the esc out and check connections going into the esc and also look for any discolorations on the esc board. Sorry I couldn't help you get it up & running. You can always upgrade it to a better system.
Hey man I'm not into the crawlers. I'm more into Street racing . I just came across your channel today, and it's great. You should have way more Subs. I know I just subscribed. Keep up the great work 👍🏽 I know it's not easy.
@Rc_Alex_76 don't if the more expensive ones are better but I do believe you might have received a bad one out the bunch. I haven't had an issue with the cheaper metal shafts.
Unfortunately, with the stock esc, it is very possible that it will burn. The esc is very small and is not capable of a lot of power. You can get more power & speed out of it with the 370 motor conversion. The esc can handle that power from the motor upgrade with the stock battery still being in use.
