Won’t buy anything from y’all to damn high yalls products are not any better than the other brands that are a lot cheaper! Y’all are ripping the diyer off if they are buying anything from y’all!
We definitely understand that our products aren't for everyone and we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations! While we believe in, and are proud of our products, we certainly understand that there are other great detailing products available on the market. As a manufacturer dedicated to sourcing our raw materials, development, and manufacturing entirely within the United States unfortunately cost can become a challenge.
You’re right, there are cheaper products out there and there always will be. Just like in every industry there’s always someone who will do it cheaper. Professional detailers, on the other hand, look for products that work, work well, work consistently and produce professional results. To a Professional detailer it doesn’t matter if we spend an extra $1-$2 dollars per vehicle. My clientele don’t mind spending an extra $5 if I tell them that I can use a product that works “ok” or one that works “great” and that I will put my reputation on. OP has given me that. If I have a question about an OP product or any question about detailing a specific part of the vehicle I can call someone up at OP. Try doing that with a cheaper foreign brand.
I got the 9 year self-healing coating and it's amazing. Did it on a 9 year old truck with pretty good paint and now the paint really pops! The buff job and coating made a MASSIVE difference.
I'd like to know more about a suitable "general purpose cleaner". I'm not in the U.S. to purchase your product. Are there "general purpose cleaner" formulations that should be absolutely avoided on leather? I have a Lincoln "Stone" (off-white) leather and blue jean dye has transferred mainly to the seat bolster closest to the driver door. What do you recommend to apply to the leather after cleaning, to prevent future dye transfer and feed the leather? (Other than seat covers. LOL)
I wonder if you can use OP clean and magic eraser to clean graffiti on a 🛑STOP🛑 sign? I want to clean off a nasty graffiti from the back of the 🛑STOP🛑 sign from the corner of my yard.
Awesome video! This is where it really benefits to be an entrepreneur. As you said the work needs to be top notch and timely. Ultimately you want to grow your business and run your business
