Hey guys, My name is Jamie and I live in Florida with my Wife and Daughter. I'm the proud owner of 3 European shops. Elite Motor Works of Sarasota, Elite Motor Works of Lakewood Ranch and Renn Haus of Sarasota. Video content is fun for me as it's not my main focus. This is why you might see inconsistent uploads. I try to keep all videos related to automotive content. My main focus is spending quality time with my Friends, Family and continuing to grow my business and grow the people around me. I appreciate every view, comment, like and share! Make everyday a great day!!
I love how people are always singing the praises of carbon fiber but yet the crap breaks so easily like I don’t care how theoretically strong it is if when in the real world your carbon fiber mountain bike handlebars snap on you you’re done for it’s not worth it carbon fiber sucks for most applications
Only two types of people love Porsches: The dealers and the mechanics, both of which make a ton of money off them. Oh, the buyer also loves his Porsche--until he gets his first repair bill.
I bought all there equipment from watching there videos but I bolted a hose reel to a 5’ deck storage box in my driveway with all the hose fed through the back of the box and let me tell you game changer on time and convenience
i think the whole lakewood ranch thing is funny. any florida native knows its just bradenton but the rich people didn't want to be associated with the poorer parts of bradenton so they changed the name and made it a census-designated place
I'll stick with my Acura that's paid for and easy to work on. Then again most people that buy these over engineered European car's have more money than they know what to do with. They're providing job security for mechanics and part's suppliers.
These are hydraulically filled mounts. They fail because the pocket containing the hydraulic fluid ruptures and leaks out, allowing the mount to deflate. You can see the oil stains from the vent hole in the video. They are actually a great design when it comes to reducing vibration. They do fail though, common on VW and Audi as well as BMW. Some guys pull the subframe and hang the engine from above to save time
