I have a BRAND new $800 s521 it does not print clear like the zebra i can not get it work . my used zebra worked right away . this thing is really annoying.
Thanks for this video - please can you advise whether it is possible to source a roller that allows for miniature items to be produced in a similar way (down to around 20mm in height x upto 200mm wide). Also where is it possible to obtain cut-to-size acrylic with a self adhesive backing, in different thicknesses. Any information you can offer would be much appreciated.

@@TennantsNottingham Thanks for this reply - I will look into this further in due course. Do you know of somewhere we can source acrylic (or any other clear hard plastic sheet) sheet with a sticky back - like you use for these plates, but it does not need to be as thick, for cost reasons. I have looked all over, but it's hard to find self-adhesive hard plastic sheets that can be cut to size.
That's no problem. We supply wet (sticky) acrylic with a cutting service but we also supply a reflective sign substrate that's very similar to ABS. This reflective substrate is strictly for signs only and we do not allow anybody to use it for number plate manufacture. There are very strict guidelines we have to adhere to set by the DVLA and anybody using non compliant materials for number plate production will be reported.
