Jordan is too good. I have seen many getting rich advisors/mentors online but Jordan is just next level serious, and realistic and true to what it takes. Also he is the best influencer I have found, with the best advice. I wish I found him sooner I have seen and taken advice from six others that I admit were good and helpful, but NOT EVEN close to Jordan. But due to I don't have funds and I live here in Philippines where the wage is so low which I only earn 300$ per month and I have a little siblings.

Hey! Finding prospect names can be challenging but not impossible - try finding their name on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. If all else fails, consider making a qualification call. Call the business and ask "Is it [common name] that still owns the company?" If they correct you, you'll get the right name. Good luck!

I live in Vancouver, canada and I am planning to set up a marketing agency for real estate agents in both U.S & Canada as this is a niche I am personally interested in and something I can see myself working long hours in. As of September 2024, do you think this is a good niche to get into? Since 2016, I am hearing that USA is on the brink of the worst recession ever but as we all know it hasn’t happened. So I am wondering if opening a marketing agency for realtors is a good idea right now. I would really appreciate your advice, thanks!

Do you even know how much it costs to build these skills and you are encouraging people to pay as little as 14 bucks for a 100 leads? Bruh, you need some learning about other countries.
Building strong relationships with prospects is essential; like you said, it starts with active listening. In the Sandler approach, identifying and addressing a client’s pain points is crucial to success. A great way to do this is by asking surface-level pain questions such as: “Tell me why you think you need [X solution]?" "Give me an example?" "How long has that been going on?" "Who else is impacted and what do they say?" "Have you given up trying to do this on your own?" Sounds important… how can we help?” These type of questions set the tone for a genuine relationship, let the prospect know that you care at a personal level AND opens up the conversation to find effective solutions.

Does anyone thinks that this thing "smma" is really saturated and feels like a gimmick to me (i am open to thoughts and learning). just like this i heard of wifi university that was claiming that is the new meta for 2024 for making money and getting rich or upto some extent . i think this is really saturated now and in my knowledge i have seen many many people doing this in india which results to 2 things , either everyone knows and cant make money or either it is a gimmick and i don't know whats actually ok myself . Jordan I have been watching your videos since last 8 months.I am from India and I bought a course of 5000rs to learn SMMA and get some testimonials I belong to a lower middle class family I couldn't afford it but I did. They absolutely robbed me like they only taught us very basic absolute basic knowledge they gave I was very disappointed ( you can search it also "dropservicing wai didi" you will find there ads). Then I discovered you I am speaking form my heart thank you a lot jordan after losing all my investment of 5000rs I was hopeless but you saved me and thousands of Indians. In India I have signed my first client a week ago. I want a advice from you my english is weak as you can see whenever I cold call in USA they hang-up what should I do to outreach them???
