Hey, first of all: Thanks a lot for giving us this awesome showfile! I played around a bit and i think i will use this one for my upcoming festivalseason. One point is irritating me. Why does the WASH (POS-W) only creates one position instead of all like the SPOTS (POS-SP)? It would be awesome to have the same positions because the WASHs are normally also movingheads. Hope you can answer me soon.
Thanks for the feedback, i’m glad it’s helpful. For me I try to keep it simple that’s why i usually just keep my washes as a stage wash. But you could easily store similar positions with the washes and just build up that cue stack similar to the Spot one.

Very nice MA3 command wing setup sir. This would be maximum 8k parameters after the update right? Before updates max was only 4k parameters? - Any chances 8k wouldn’t be enough for you? 🤣
How's the Velcro attachment for the CPU holding up. About to build a rack with a Lenovo P3 mini computer. They have a vesa adaptor housing, but curious if the cost of that is overkill. Also, how's the heat in the rack? I'm afraid to cook my CPU in the rack.

This is a great video. Why do you keep colors Grouped and not just make them universal? I know that CT of different lights will be different but if its punting rock and roll about the only color you will ever stay in for any period of time is a blue.
Hey! I‘m searching for a solution to have the possibility that QLab is sending a timecode signal to MA to trigger 20 different songs for a timecode Show. Does QLab this?
Hey, yeah sure QLab can work like that. Just import your tracks into qlab, assuming ltc on the left channel and the song is on the right just map as such in the software and plug and XLR cable from Qlab left output into the MA desk.
Store every color effect on the fader. Then use macro to select/unselect groups in the effects. If the effect has no selection, it does not output anything
This was really helpful to get started! Had a few questions. 1. Input works great but no matter what I try I cannot get the dimmer channel to control the shortcut I created in Resolume. Do you have artnet in and out all passing down the same line? 2. What do you tell resolume when you go past one universe since it’s just looking at IP? Can get all my fixtures on universe 1 talking but nothing after that.
I have a feeling it's for different outputs into more than one source like the one SDI you see that is probably his main PreVIZ but he can use the other blackmagic boxes with other monitors or a different projectors or capture cards, so it acts a hub or a node to output all over place ...Very handy setup when on tour ..I also see he has EOS ion lighting console so he likes myself doing lighting and trying to bring VDJ into his lighting rigs
Question….with this setup can you still control the LEDs with the console or do you only have control from resolume? I basically want to control color and effects off the console. And then sometimes switch over to resolume send video to the LEDs. Could you let me know what the best way to go about this is?
