Sometimes the frets will lift a little bit if you take a hammer and just tap on the frets most of the time thay will level out love your videos keep up the great work
I had a guitar with Sharpie on the pick guard it's hard to get off but if you scrub hard it will come off I didn't even use cleaner on mine I just scrubbed it really hard with a with a towel and it came off all you have to do is use a little bit of elbow grease anyway love your videos can't get enough I'm going to keep on watching and subscribe
If I owned this guitar and the “blood” guitar on the first record I’d give them back to Chris on the stipulation I could have them back after he passes😊
Its a 5 pile top, needs 11's to get it moving. There kinda thick. The USA built Casino is 3 pile so fine on 10's ps, Fender Strings on a Gibson own brand, its a No No! 🙂
well you got it set up great with no neck adjustment. usually the place i check first, but sounds good. im not for floyd rose or semi hollow body guitars but it will be great for someone for sure. nice video
What intonation? You looked at the saddles, adjusted them to what you think they should be, and left it. Aren't you supposed to check the harmonic at the twelfth fret and compare it to the fretted note? Or is this a new way, to just guess?
ZIMM'S GUITARS....that is not a ''Floyd Rose''....It says Kramer on the trem cause it's just a cheap licensed Asian copy of a Floyd Rose...much like all the other Gibson owned Kramer Music Yo Chinese direct store online to purchase Kramers....The Kramer Brand was sold out of bankruptcy to Gibson Guitar Corporation.....Beware of MusicYo Gibson-era Kramers...They are surprisingly tolerable ultra-cheapies...but definitely still cheapies...Bought one new as a present for a cousin when I was a teenager, it was like $99 shipped....
A good machinist could make sets of "bulllet" ends to fit different string gauges with set screws that could hold the strings. Then you could use any strings you want.
Wow, a semi-hollow body with a Floyd Rose, definitely unique. I think you should wire in a red LED strip at the base of the bridge on the guitar to truly make this an authentic KITT guitar. I think the Hoff would be proud :)
Believe it or not, these were production guitars. Most of em were only available on MusicYo’s website, Kramer didn’t have very many retailers at the time.
The Toecutter - he knows who I am. I am the Nightrider! I am the chosen one. The mighty hand of vengeance, sent down to strike the unroadworthy! I'm hotter than a rollin' dice. Step right up, chum, and watch the kid lay down a rubber road, right to FREEDOM!
heads cracked and you didn't say anything about the crack in the body at the neck pocket and why not work some glue down into that head crack? Maybe you should buy some of my just guitars?
I just bought a late 50s Stella for $20 that definitely needs this- love your approach and attitude here- I’m glad I found this video- will be using your approach.
I pulled it out. It says they are alnico five there but ceramic in fact the are . All ceramic. I got new pick ups for it but I’ve been too lazy right now. Had a complete knee replacement not quite a month ago and not to Guitars I try to work on. I screwed up so bad I had to find a Guitar Tech course to pick up so I bought a guitar fetish and I just plug-in but I’ve had bad luck with their stuff like doesn’t work
