@@xdnt__5768 Hey there, For the Paul board I do not use any compressor pedals. I think my cover of pioneer I show the pedals i have. I have seen a few pics of paul switching around the line up but use the same pedals. The way I have it set up as of now is Polytune 2(he has a TU2 or 3), MXR Carbon Copy, Greer Amp Gorilla Warfare Mk2, MXR Classic Overdrive, Pitch Fork, Mel9, DD7, EHX Canyon, Malekko Spring chicken, xotic EP booster. certain songs require the Sea Machine I think he has ver2 but i got Ver3

@@xdnt__5768 No prob, ahh nice so it does not go unnoticed. Hey Appreciate the follow and like of a hobby. I honestly just focused on the daniel pedalboard aspect but slowly decided why not make a paul replica for fun. I’m always curious of new pictures of them to see what i can spot on the pedalboards usually updating on the Interpol discord or just WIP covers . The Electro Harmonix Pitchfork is used (from what i think) The pioneer solo, into the night, fables, thrones, the weekend, real life, stay in touch, flight of fancy.. and various others. I am debating of future cover videos also showing the pedals
@@randyburgos5258 Sounds good i’ll look into that. I just hope his(paul) pedalboard is similar to interpol. I have collected just about all the ones he uses in that band.

@@arnold1412 I haven’t really looked into that song but I have been asked about it from a close friend. At this moment I do plan on doing 2 more Other side of make believe songs. After the next two I’ll probabaly take another looks at The Depths

Yeah I have been loving this albums since released and have not looked back at the first 2 albums (even tho people seem to prefer those over the newer material) I do have the majority of the album ready to go just have to fine tune a few bass and paul guitar parts down. I initially focus on daniels guitar parts but since the band (Public Pervert Interpol Tribute) is on hiatus i’ve just been figuring out all band member parts I’m not the best drummer however i try here and there. Appreciate you taking the time to comment and possibly like (since im not sure how to check that) I have the following track of TOSOMB on standby Toni, Fables, Go Easy, Greenwich & Gran Hotel. Into the night I’m still working on getting the bass and paul guitar down.
man, great cover, you nailed it perfect on every instrument, i’ve been looking the tab for paul’s guitar with that rhythm, can you upload that tab? i know it’s not that hard but the moment the “that’s why i hold you” start i can’t get it right, so as the next part, but great cover!!!
@@emilianonovoa Hey there, Thanks for commenting. I really appreciate it. The route I took on playing pauls guitar part was inspired by the live (Arte Ghost session) version of lights. I don’t normally write tabs as it is a bit on the time consuming part but I suppose I can do this song. I’ll be sure to post links to the tabs as soon as i have them up.

Nice cover ! Sounds great ! , I can see that you are a real follow of interpol for your pedalboard’s , i have a question: Did u know if paul banks have de carbon copy after or before of overdrives pedals ? I see in your Pedalboard that you have the carbon copy delay before the overdrives pedals.

The pedal chain from what believe it goes like Tuner-Carbon Copy-Gorilla warefare Mk2-MXR classic overdrive-pitchfork-Mel9-DD5-Canyon-Spring chicken and finally EP booster. Dont really have a clear picture of the way its wired but I’m just guessing it goes from bottom row to top from right to left
Thanks you. Yeah I’m not the best Bass player but seeing that paul took over after Carlos D’s departure the bass lines in the albums became a bit easier to figure out. The klon was purchased overseas and upgraded some parts
@@ordakhan631 Yeah I get you. Seems like some songs sound better with time. Or maybe cause the new album makes us appreciate the older stuff. Either way I do enjoy the new albums except a few tracks. The Drummer and I already know how to play “Into the Night”. The singer, drummer and I have agreed on playing Fables soon or at least record a session of us playing it.
