I love the flowers! They all look beautiful! I live in Nc and it has been SO hot, so it's challenging to grow flowers in my yard. Also the deer keep eating them! I have found using some fertilizer like Miracle Grow really helps.
Hey Sharon! Hosa plants are plants deers love to eat. Don't know if you have deers visiting in your yard. Impatients usually, in colder climates will need to be replanted ea year. We miss you guys so much. Love from WV!

The SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) Ms. Fudge will not enforce the rules, regulations, codes, and standards for manufactured homes. We got the combo pack. It was grass seed, fertilizer with soil. There is a spot near our front steps that is dirt. My husband pit down pavers. But there is still a small area of dirt. And when it rains it turns to mud. So my car is forever dirty. It's on the list of things to do 😅😂😅
This is what I did. I went to a Mennonite place that was selling “ tiny homes/sheds” . I didn’t like how truly shed like they were and doubted they would last over ten years . The Mennonite guy who was selling them gave me the name of another Mennonite who actually made the sheds I got a hold of him he came out to my property and said h3 could build me a stick built structure 20 by 18 on poured cement pilings for 16000 that included him getting it wired and plumping done inside . I would need to get the trees cut down and take the wire to the pole and get the h20 and septic pipe hooked up. Everything else he would handle including insulation, walls and flooring. I did add a another large window I got from restore and up graded the bathroom vanity and bathroom door and closet door. They showed up when they said they would and the job was done to my satisfaction when he said it would be doen . Only hold ups were the sub contractors he got for the plumbing and electric ..ofc. So hire th3 guy who builds the sheds to build u a real stick built house cause those tiny house sux.

I am so glad you were able to stay on budget and get your dream house. I think going the route of a manufactured house is easier and more cost efficient than building a stick built house, or purchasing an older home that potentially would need costly renovations. You get a brand new home, everything is one level, and it is exactly the way you want it. I get down-sizing -- I'm almost there, but I still have two in high school. I'm tired of the cleaning and upkeep of a larger house. Great for you -- less upkeep, no stairs, and no mortgage!! That's a win!! 🎉🎉
Great video! I am just starting to scratch the surface of how this process works. There is a lot involved in doing this and it does seem like it takes quite awhile! This was very informative. Whenever you are dealing with a permitting process it does seem to take forever. That is good advice to find a company that does the foundation and set-up for you. I think it might make things a lot easier. I live in NC, and apparently we have the most manufactured homes here, so hopefully it won't be that hard. The biggest obstacle I see is finding a piece of land where I can place a manufactured home that is within a reasonable distance from where I'd like to be. Thank you for making the video! 💕
I love your videos! I would think that maybe a manufactured home needs more time to settle? I know new homes will often get nail pops as they settle too. Your home is lovely! It's so organized! I think those seem like small fixable items thank goodness! 💕
We wanted to wait a few months to give the house time to settle. Sometimes after a house settles cracks and such pop-up. They did come out a week after the house was delivered because our doors wouldn't lock.
@@sharonedge-harley1566 omg that's almost the same thing with ours we couldn't get out the door sometimes the door wouldn't open. When the guy came out he said the nail was two inches out that's what caused it.
