I am an avid crafter, wannabe home cook, and new mother with a fairly severe addiction to Pinterest and a propensity for trying new things. Therefore, I’ve launched full on into following my many passions in life including designing and creating greeting cards, creating recipes and blogging. This RU-vid channel is meant as an extension of my blog where I am sharing the written versions of what is shared here in my videos. The Creative Cochrane aims to bring you fancy no-fuss recipes, DIY and craft tutorials as well as a sprinkling of product reviews, and other lifestyle videos. Enjoy !
You have a nice channel just cut back on the chatting. You don't need to validate why you bought it. Just stick to the most important points. Please don't think I'm being mean. Your enthusiasm and energy are great. I do the same thing answer the why, you don't need to answer why just that you bought it bc you liked it. Plain and simple and that's enough. Looking forward to more of your videos!!
I am so disappointed in this. It says it is an svg and can be cut on the cricut. Well when I print and cut all it cuts out is the box all the pieces are in. It will not cut the pieces and if I save as a cut file all the pieces are black. I have tried several times and the outcome is the same leaving me to try and cut each tiny piece :(
I have shopped on Aliexpress for quite a while so here is some friendly advice. ....I hope it helps... In regards to sizes on Aliexpress, you need to ALWAYS check sizes. Usually they are in centimeters or millimeters. Also, they seem to be deliberately deceptive about the size of the cards . Maybe in China the standard size of cards is much smaller than we are accustomed to in the West. And it seems they are deliberately deceptive about how they photo and represent the sizes of everything. So keep a ruler with metric near by so you can check the size before buying on Aliexpress. This little tip has saved me a lot of grief. And still, sometimes I get careless and buy somethings that’s much smaller than I thought it was. Sometimes they don’t post the size of the item, in cases like this, it’s a guess as to how big it really is. Sometimes I’m pleasant,y surprised by the size, other times it’s a tiny little thing.... I haven’t had much luck in communicating with shop owners, asking them questions about things like sizes. But you can certainly ask them yourself and see what response you get. So buyer beware! I can recommend a shop called Alinacrafts. I buy double sided tape and foam tape from her, among with other things. And I’ve never had a problem , the Products are top quality . And much cheaper than I can buy in US craft shops. Watch RU-vid videos for Aliexpress hauls, many Ali shops are using Western designers , so you can feel comfortable buying their designs as they aren’t kick offs or stealing copywrited designs. You will learn which shops use western designers and who your favorite designers are ....they design dies as well as stamps .These sort of shops may end up being your favorite shops, the ones you order from all the time. It does pay to keep, track of the shops that have poor products or are deceptive about sizes, or that you have problems with. And keep track of the ones that you like . This way you dont keep forgetting what shop was a problem and keep, ordering from them. It’s a good idea to use the product at least once as soon as you get it, so if they’re is a problem with the way it embossed, or die cut or stamps , you can open a dispute. Keep track of your orders. When you get your order, test It. Then go into your account on Aliexpress and confirm you received it, leave feed back if you want. Look at the items you ordered from that shop to make sure all,of them were in the package. I’ve never had a shop send an order in multiple packages, no matter how many items I’ve ordered or the difference in sizes . Everything is al ways in one package . I have had shops only send some of the items I’ve ordered. And I’ve had to open disputes . Or communicate with the shop. So check carefully so you get what you paid for. Check the packages very carefully! It’s easy to miss tiny little dies and throw them away. I know I’ve done this! And some shops give you a tiny die as a free gift, so you don’t want to throw this away. The customer service is mostly not very good on Aliexpress ......With a few shops, like Alina crafts, that seem to be modeling themselves on Western shops, they are good, almost as good as in the West. Some are very very bad, with no response or a lot of wordy responses with them not addressing your concerns or correcting their mistakes . Have fun ordering on Aliexpress. And if I can answer any questions for you, I’m on Facebook, Sesrch for my name . I’m in Huntsville, Alabama in the USA.
I can figure out how to put it together but need to find the pieces....why do this whole video without telling people where to find the pieces? You are babbling...
Paula Russell good morning, I’m sorry you feel as though I am babbling, for some maybe the placement is not as clear cut when the cut files are downloaded. For your reference, the SVG cut files can be purchased and downloaded from Etsy and the listing is actually linked in the video description. Thank you for the input !
I am so sorry that this comment did not appear to me sooner. I have updated and re-added the File bundle for purchase at www.etsy.com/ca/listing/748067189/3d-u-fold-horse-stable-greeting-card?ref=shop_home_active_1
