Would suggest prioritising match times in early morning and late evenings, to avoid play during hot midday. From an environment perspective, a lot of ice is used by players to cool off. Spectators might also from heat strokes and dehydration,by sitting in uncovered seats. Playimg when its cooler will be beneficial for all. I understand electricity consumption for lighting might be an issue but atleast avoiding hot times of the will help organise tournaments in warmer climates. Ultimately all countries are getting hot right?
