I feel so good the first few days of taking this then all of a sudden I get brain fog and extreme fatigue. Maybe it’s just not for me but I’m going to try the seeds only and see if that makes a difference. Thanks for the video and information.
Hello, thank you for watching. May be you should discuss these symptoms with your holistic doctor, black seeds oil is not supposed to cause them, thank you
this is right, you could choose from these foods/drinks those which suits the most tour taste, lifestyle. Thank you for watching and for your comment :)
Hey there, happy the video is helpful. This video is about how you could manage blood sugar, have a look at it in here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-z0V99uhtQ5k.html thank you :)
For this to be healthy, you need to eat 90 or 100% pure cocoa. And that is very bitter. All the images you show have a very high percentage of sugar - and that sugar is WAY more unhealthy then the healthy stuff the cocoa delivers.
thank you for watching and for your comment. I totally agree with you, dark chocolate should be pure cocao without added sugar, this is what I mentioned in the video. Many people love bitter cocoa, just as bitter coffee. For the images I will pay more attention to what's displayed. thank you and happy new year
Thank you for watching and for you comment. Food Combining could Reduce Oxalates: Oxalates bind with calcium in the colon, neutralizing their impact on our health. Pair high oxalate foods with calcium-rich foods (i.e. bone broth, wild caught salmon and sardines, dairy, shellfish, and crickets). Stay hydrated before eating to dilute oxalates. I hope this is helpful. For further details in here a study about food with oxalates: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3090165/#:~:text=We%20recently%20found%20that%20the,M%20Liebman%2C%20unpublished%20results). Please for any specific health concerns have a talk with you holistic care provider, thank you :)

Some clues to find out that you hormones need balance: Do you suffer from PMS? Do you get hot flashes? Nights sweats? Acne breakouts? Mood swings? Headaches?
What is your favorite food in those? Here is a bonus for you 😊 A recipe where you could eat these foods and balance estrogen at once! Flaxseed Crackers Absolutely! Here’s a simple and nutritious recipe where flaxseeds take the center stage: Flaxseed Crackers Ingredients: 1 cup ground flaxseeds 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/3 cup water Optional: sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds for added texture and flavor Instructions: 1) Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. 2) Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground flaxseeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add water and stir until the mixture forms a dough. If you want to add other seeds, fold them into the dough. 3) Shape the Crackers: Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet. Roll it out as thinly as possible, aiming for a thickness of about 1/8 inch. You may place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough to prevent sticking while rolling. 4) Cut and Bake: With a knife or pizza cutter, gently score the dough into squares or rectangles, making it easier to break the crackers apart after baking. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. 5) Cool and Enjoy: Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely. They will continue to crisp up as they cool. Once cooled, break the crackers along the scored lines. Enjoy your homemade flaxseed crackers as a healthy snack! Pair them with your favorite dips, cheeses, or spreads for a satisfying treat. Bon appétit! And tell me what you think!
