No not at moment unless they bring out some sort of connector tray but as far as I know. The 2.0 have side boxes you can add onto it for extra storage if this helps.
Its a great system if you use with rack system in van or workshop definitely far ahead of other ststems, toughsystem definitely better onsite than festool boxes.
Warning the DEWALT trays are defective the black handles that connect them to each other are fragile and delicate the tabs break when you connect them to one another the handles have 2 small teeth that clips on to the tray below they have a tendency to snap off if not locked properly or bottom trays are heavy it’s a great concept but they used pour design
Sorry no as I don’t have experience in doing it safely. Brake cable has two parts to it on the mk1 it does look easy to connect above the exhaust but was feeding cable through the frame looked a bit hard to do in making it safe for its function use.
Well by compare I do think 1.0 do look stronger than 2.0 but seals up rating look a lot better as long as you don’t drop them.like most companies now a days claim to do all this stuff like phones for example with gralia glass 6 all load pish still breaks at right angles when dropped unless got good case on it.Even then still doesn’t prevent it totally.
... I did the same mistake couple of weeks ago, and M8 my development was bigger than enthusiasm I had when I find out about the release. 1 wheels doesn't have boll bearings 2 handler to shoot to go safety down on the stairs , if they made it removable should be 200 mm bigger in height. 3 plastic to thinner 4 Weeble Wobble , because the system is kept together only in laces 5 with 4 boxes the axel is being, looking like the Trabant with 100 kg in the boot.
Where did you hear inserts would be available from October? US hasn't got them yet and everything I have heard is April 21 for these and half boxes at best.
RU-vidrs saying they will be relieced in UK by October the inserts trays but I recon with covid 19 issues and the delay already of 2.0 tough system and further lock down in UK I can't see the inserts being released anytime soon especially if not relieced in USA.
The inserts are going to be yellow known as slim bins small, medium and large that are all stackable check out stafda 2019 toughsystem 2.0 tracking system is DeWalt tool connect with 4 ways to connect and control your tools.you can youtube that too
