He acts like the workplace is so casual all the time and then he wonders why they don’t do work. Not everybody is like Dave where they will work their ass off all the time and actually build something. These people want to work there and just bring a frat/college party attitude . What an epic downfall from Marty. Used to be at the big table during the CFP National Championship with Dave.... now he isn't even invited to gambling events. He is the worst. I hate his guts.
Yup. He's entertaining because he's a textbook egotistical narcissist with a self-aggrandising personality and huge sense of self-entitlement. His ego is too big for his own good, and the way he has - on video - spoken to and treated his employees (and others), demonstrates this precisely. Watch him, laugh, enjoy his videos; just keep in mind that he’s anything but a nice person.
