You know you've done messed up when you've been PIT-maneuvered by Lightning McQueen. I've never even considered the possibility that Chick hired The Delinquents to mess with McQueen and Mack in the movie. Chick also teams up with them in the PSP game, so I wouldn't put it past him! 😆
I’ve asked that same question myself ever since I was a kid. Someone in the comment section of an older video of Darrell Cartrip that I posted said it’s not actually him but some other car that is unnamed.

Note: In my opinion, Boost, Fletcher, Vince, DJ, Gerald, Barry, Snot Rod, Papo, Lenny, Mia & Tia should be unlocked as playable characters for Cars: Mater-National on the Wii as well as completely different music being used during races. Don't worry, I won't bother you with release dates.
