just stumbled across this video, i couldnt help my self from saying left left once you enter the maze then when you went straight on right down and up to try to lead you back to the main chamber to climb the rocks to the old show cave, ive been down over 10 times here now and i only know 2/3rds of it off the top of my head
I know it was a simple mistake and an error to persevere further into the maze when I knew in my gut something wasn't quite right. It had been a long day and I was mentally tired so that's where I felt I really went wrong. I'm absolutely gutted I didn't make it to see the old show cave but maybe one day in the future I will return for another attempt

@@ampointless7234 No doubt there is alot more to see down there as it's a huge mine. Unfortunately I was pressed for time but I would love to explore it in more depth sometime.
That whole setup seems a bit sketchy to me. God forbid the generator quits working while you're down there. I'm sure they probably have a backup generator, though. At least I sure hope they do 😂
The event is put on twice a year every year by two official caving clubs that know the cave very well. I'm sure they have a back generator but even if that fails there is other ways in and out of the cave via cave passages that the team of cavers could lead the general public out through. The whole event seemed very well organised.
@@StoneAgeProductionsAdventure Carlsbad is a must see for anyone interested in caves. I live in New Mexico about 4 hours away from the caves, such a beautiful thing.

Sea monkey realized this, it was that size to encourage Growth Food sales. It backfired and cost many their colonies, due to mucking up the waters and such. This is how big the scoop is that comes with the new sets… the size of a capitol “O” on my 8” phone screen. I thought I could put a picture in the comments

@@LarryBees 32 videos created from this trip. Each location/video explains the history of each landmark/site. The drone footage on this trip wasn't filmed with the new drone but still managed to get some good shots. I can assure you I didn't feel that fit once it got to day 5 🤣
