I'm just some guy doing stuff. I'm german, so there's a few german videos. I intend to mostly upload stream footage and potentially other stuff, if I feel like it.
Also, when determining whether to go gun or t2 on your com, there are a few tactical things to consider. If you want to know more, ask me! If not, this is where I shut up 😂
The disperse command also works with attack move for engineers on your reclaim. So if you have a bunch of t1 engineers clumped together, attack move to multiple locations, and they will spread out as they reclaim.
In response to where did the forest go, if you don't walk over trees, they stay in clumps and you can reclaim the whole thing at once instead of just 1 measly tree at a time.
A spot to improve if you're interested. 1, (you don't have to do this one but you can) after you get your gun upgrade you need to do something with that excess power. Either push with the gun and over charge, or if you can't do that, reclaim a few of those t1 pgens into a t2 hq. If not interested, good game eith way!
To anyone seeing this , Please give me a tip I can use So that I can be a better player in this game. I really wanna learn how to be a good player , But every time i play a match , I just get overwhelmed by all the diffenrt things I need to keep track of I can barely win against an easy ai 😢
Watch replays of top rated players to see their build orders and strategies. Use hotbuilding keys to queue buildings and units quickly. Hold CTRL+SHIFT to see where reclaimable mass is and send engineers to reclaim. The more you play the easier it becomes to keep track of things
Hey man, your videos are really good! One of the only players (and not casters) I enjoy watching. I would highly recommend you audio balance your vides better though. Some of them are real quiet, others are loud. Your voice also gets buried by the game's audio.
While the game being rather quiet at times is fairly normal, I did try to fix the balance between the game and my microphone audio. Should be noticeably better on the games from today's steam.
Your problem wasn't the ACU upgrades, it was two things in equal measure: no scouting and not scaling up your spam. You were also very defensive for no reason in the first 6 minutes. Those 10 or so labs you made were overkill for raiding, and you didn't even raid with them. Still, excellent job on reclaim and power balance. Just try to be a bit more aggressive on these smaller maps and you'll do well.
Hey... really nice to see someone still enjoying RTS games nowadays. And nice practice recordings in general! As per-usual, try to not get too salty when loosing. It is a learning process. Says someone who needs to press Alt+F4 after hastily writing GG in chat in Planetary Annihilation to suppress his disappointment.
man try to make a plan to game t1 mech-> t1 naval facs (1-3), t2 mech (half)-->t2 air and some t1 naval-->t2 mech all --->t2 naval-->2-3 t3mech and t3 naval. on this video you try to build all and you cant build anything. with love legat_pit (1600) ps. patrol t1 air on middle sea help you fight drops
I'm using "Reworked Strategic icons 200 Percent" by BlackYps. Main reson for it was, that the normal icons were a bit too small for my liking on 1440p and even worse on stream/video since I can only stream in 1080p and the resolution loss made the default icons a bit illegible at times.
The enemy team had a clear advantage from the beginning unfortunately, in your team there was no support from the back player, not economically or with air, there was no support for the front player, who held out alone defending all the valuable resources in the middle, noone actually cooperated in this team, while the other team is shielding each other neatly.
Also - you were mass positive a good portion of the game and energy deficient - you want to use all your mass at all times - being that much + means units left on the table. One suggestion wouldve been using some of your build power to focus on building a t3 arty or other experimentals.
yeah. love the projectile collisions. I think I have a Setons somewhere, where that happens with a normal nuke as well, but I have no idea what specific game though.
while there is an "assist to upgrade" and an "assist to unpause" option in base FAF, I'm using "ECO UI Tools" to automatically queue the upgrades in a paused state, so I don't forget to upgrade. I still occasionally do forget to upgrade, but the paused-symbols for the unupgraded mexes help.
Okay so green squire had a great air tutorial with a top level player maybe start there because you have the potential and been a lot of improvement recently
ooof that opening my guy. if i may try com land fac 7power into 1 air fac 4power 1 air factory. 1st eng build mexes and second attack order out of factory reclaiming rocks. you should be able to build trans by 2.45 and have a nice air grid for drops. opening keeps you from power stalling and sets you up to be flexable in the early game. your com should build about 20 pwr overall before hiting t2 and you should never power stall after that. hope this helps with power (im a setons main) :D
I usually stream every friday from around 7:30PM CET. The team games are usually just public ones open to everyone. If people want to join the matchmaker games they can hop into stream chat and discord and we'll add them to the party.
a double kill, nice attempt, but I think some gunships might be helpful and the ressource management didnt helped either Also scouting the enemy and attack them with gunships might distract them
