Maybe I’m stupid, but I had a 2016 F150 Platinum 5.0 FX-4 and I could see the oil life. I now have a 2018 King Ranch eco boost FX-4, which has all the exact same features and display but I can’t see the oil life. Is that a feature exclusive to the Platinum?
@@enriquefuentes7697 You are definitely NOT stupid my friend. I think there is a setting that you are able to put the oil % on your home view. Let me do a little research.
@@acura_atlas Thank you, it just caught me by surprise that I couldn’t figure it out. I mean they are essentially the exact same truck. And I just recently had the Platinum up until 5 months ago before a careless driver wrecked it.

Thanks took my 2021 is350 in today for the 15k maintenance and it was a waste of $400 . No oil change at all, advisor say that they will do oil change at 20k miles and the car only need to be changed every 10k miles. From now on I’m just gonna take my Lexus to a local mechanic for oil change and save myself $400
@@Eddie13476 to be honest Eddie. Lexus is not just a car it’s a lifestyle. Every service counts and a multi point inspection keeps your vehicle healthy. The technician might see something you don’t. I love the Lexus brand and the resale is always positive. Taking your vehicle to an independent shop is something I would not suggest. Trust me in this my friend. Your money was well spent 🤍

some time im driving and after a phone call using the car, the radio station wont start again so i have to park on the free way and turn off the power and re start the car - the question is... how can i eliminate the power of the radio all together to disconect my car to the last phone call and re start the radio station?
@@acura_atlas yeah. It says it needs anti theft code because the radio if from a different car. But I don’t know the vin or anything from the other car. I bought it on Facebook marketplace.
@@ZpapM92 try disconnecting the positive and negative cables from the battery. This should reset the radio. Then when you turn the vehicle back on you push the power button for the radio for 5 seconds or so.
What if you don’t have the code? How do you reset it I have a 2017 RDX with the same panel as the one in your video ? Thank you I looked in all the places it could be I purchased the car at an auction and none of the paperwork for the vehicle was in the car
Thats what I was asking you Anastasia. So now we can proceed. Disconnect the positive and negative cable from your battery for like 10 minutes. Then reconnect the cables. When you turn your vehicle on the radio will not be locked anymore. It will ask for the code. Which you do not have. You will simply hold the radio power button for 5 seconds and I promise your radio will come on. 🙏
