Seems a bit of a silly question but it would be quite important for us if we move to this area what is the wifi like i hear in some places its very poor?
You have several options in the area. In some areas there is fibre optic internet ( 500-700mb) and in other areas there is just satellite internet (20-40mb) and recently a lot of people have been getting Starlink (120-220-mb).
@@janwilson3898 they use the same music in all videos. They have many very nice houses for sale but after a few videos you get annoyed by the same tune. I would think something more relaxing would be nicer. But the volume is also a solution 😜

Invendable en l'état et a ce prix....je pense que les propriétaires ont achetés ça , et se sont fait déborder par l'immensité du chantier, tout est commencé rien n'est fini pas même la maison...budget temps et argent considérable a y mettre ....et vider les dépotoirs partout....du potentiel assurément mais un budget enorme a y engloutir....sans parler du prix de vente (hors de toutes proportions)

You make really nice videos that give a very good impression of the properties..... However if you are house hunting it gets a bit boring that you use the same music on each and every one. I know it's nothing serious, it's just a comment. Meanwhile, keep'm coming 😊
Hi Colin, some people don't like them so they don't have them installed. They are originally a symbol of power / wealth (the more powerful families would have the nicest grills or rejas in Spanish) but now it's mainly for security although people do go a bit extra sometimes.
Omg what's with all the junk.. And using magazines for wall paper... This is horrific. Very cringey. It's like a junk yard inside and out. 155k omg really!!!

This is a definite case of location location location. Sadly. House is a terrible design and of poor build quality. You shouldnt have beam posts in every room. So id level it and rebuild. Retank that fantadtic pool. Hard landscape. Damn! 1 million euro build and my budget is a quarter of that.
I think it is lovely - although needs a bit of an internal uplift and some better landscaping rather than so much of that nasty gravel - but at that price it leaves enough for that and still be a reasonable price. I love the shape of the house walls.

La parcela acaba en el muro al lado de la piscina, no escondemos nada. No tiene ningún peligro, la tierra es piedra. No se a movido en 20 años y no se va a mover en la vida.
