I saw Poison a few times in the 80's, and I've seen,them twice in the last 5 years. Most recently 2 years ago at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapoli 2 years ago. They were ok 35 years ago, but if they had been as good then as they are now, they would have been one of my favorite band. Musically, they are 10 times what they used to be. CC is incredible now that he's sober, and Bret is just a bad asd. All the original members are back, and they are better than ever. They are currently taking a break while Bret is donig his solo,tour, but word has it that they are hitting the road next year. If you get the chance....go...you will not be disappointed.
As I Lay Dying just dropped a new single featuring Alex Terrible from Slaughter to Prevail and Tommy Barber from Chelsea Grin. The As I Lay Dying’s single is called “We are the Dead.” It’s a little weird that it is a date. The song is but it is what it is. This song is so good that I have it on repeat constantly.
To give you a little back story on this song I grew up with these guys and when they recorded this song they gave it the name Queen of the Reich and then said that would be a cool band name so that's how they got their band name queensrych
