Were you able to fix the problem? I’m having similar issue. I’m being told I need to disassemble and clean the power valve. Bike only has 30 hours. Tsp tune and medium comp head installed.
There's water at the oil pump connection. The black sleeve covering the wires holds water and shorts out the connector. This happens from washing your bike. Squeeze out the water and push silicone inside.
Did you trouble shoot the issue? I’m having a similar issue with mine and have done a new spark plug, removed spark arrestor screen, checked for stuck power valve etc… any idea?
Did you ever resolve this issue? My '21 te250i does a similar thing. Also sputters on the bottom end, like a bad ccps but new sensor no longer fixes problem. Hope your bike is running well now!
So far, the TSP tune + head has taken care of it. There's a still a little "erratic" bogging, but it's very lessened, and no longer loads up, then shoots off. I need to tune the air screw, and the PV and then I'll report back.
mine 2018 xc-w 250 tpi can rev up until WOT. but while holding on WOT, it will bog. here are the things done, but do not work 1. swapped the whole fuel tank with ktm 2019 exc-f 350 2. changed spark plug, new air filter, new battery, new fmf silencer 3. go to ktm dealer, the CCPS and TPS seems work. also clean the tube between the cylinder and CCPS 4. update the mapping to 554 sport riding map.

My 22 te150i sounds just like that. Happened suddenly at 17 hrs. Been struggling to find the cause for months now. Replaced and ccp and ambient pressure sensors, no change. Plug looks fine, fuel pressure 51psi running and under load. Runs poorly, lots of oil collecting in exhaust. Starts and idles perfectly.
Are you stock? Mine definitely improved with all those things, but still have a little hiccup coming onto the power valve. I'm sending ECU out today to TSP and then will report back.
@@avinashr9649 Yes, it's 100% stock. It's been at the dealership since Saturday, 2nd dealer to be stumped as to why it's running this way. The dealer called this morning to ask for more time on a trade in quote, but it looks like my 2022 te150i is literally worthless until someone figures it out. Next option is parting it out if this dealer can't help. I look forward to reading your results from the ecu tune.
