Additionly, In my case, a hair transplant is not possible due to complete hair loss on my head. However, we can try PRP or GFC, which are effective for cases of alopecia universalis?
Hi Doctor, First of all, thank you for the useful video and please continue creating more. I have been suffering from alopecia universalis since 2013. Additionally, I have hypothyroidism and have been taking tablets for it for the last 12 years. I have undergone several treatments, including DPCP, photon laser therapy, and minoxidil, but none of them have been effective. Currently, I have no hair on my body, and sometimes a few patches of hair grow on my eyebrows and head, but they eventually fall out completely. Is there any possibility of curing alopecia universal? I am 27. Almost 10 years i was taken treatment but not to happens. Pls help..
Sir i have started experiencing sudden hair loss with huge volume from a couple of months ago. It is continuously persisting. I have two questions: 1. Should i use minoxidil? 2. I started using 5% Minoxidil around august last year. I remembered that I didn't really have a shedding phase but my hair grew and there was a period where my hair was so strong that I wasn't scared of massaging my hair anymore and seeing my hands covered in hair, because the roots became strong, when I pull my hand back, not even a single strand, when I scratch my hair, no strands fall out, when i wash my hair, no clumps. I never felt better, it was as if my hair was tied to my vitality and my confidence reflected it. I've been using it once a day daily since, but about 1-2 months ago, my hair started falling out again. My hair is back to what it was before, despite me upping it to twice per day. Clumps are falling out and scratching or smacking my hair to remove some dandruff makes me lose alarming amounts of hair, easily 100+ strands, a massive amount, and I knew if I kept going, it would keep dropping unendingly just like dandruff.. I hoped it was me in a shedding phase but its starting to get suspiciously long and my scalp is visible again, and its scary. I'm going to keep going but I don't know if minoxidil just stopped working or this is a longer hair shedding phase. I'm very scared. I was top of the world for a few months and now I'm back to being insecure and sad. This is a fight most men have to deal with, we're all in it together.

You should not plan Hair Transplant before 21 years, and try to delay it till 25 years although decision changes as per patient's individual circumstances. Please try medical treatment before going for Transplant unless you have lost significant hairs.
