I love how many different colors the sky on Earth can be. Pink, orange, blue, gray, green, yellow, clear, heck I've even seen some videos of it red! So cool
Man, i love storms. This is one of if not the most incredible ones i have ever seen. That deep green simply adds a whole another feel to it. Nothing excites me more than a good thunderstorm. Weirdly i also find it very soothing. This is going to my storm collection.
The green remained bright for all 8+ minutes of this video, so I was surprised the rain was not extremely heavy, and the hail that did fall was tiny. I expected tremendous precipitation.

My teacher too, in the early '70s. Got a dixieland solo with the school band because he'd showed me how to do it in the right style. A dinner guest at our house too. Still remember: Swing and sway with Danny Kay, sweat and swear with Benny Ehr.
In the 80's, Benny was my clarinet teacher, through middle and high school. I still have all my clarinet books with his markings, in them. He was a good teacher and extremely decent person. After his son died, my mother invited him over for dinner a couple times to our house. I clearly remember picking him up, in our car, on a typical cold Madison winter night, and bringing him over for a nice dinner. I still think of him.
