Thanks Dad- and all the men in my life that I have been blessed to have been part of it. I absorbed thier knowledge, morals and wisdom of all things big and small. My wife said, "nice job Mr.Savin the day, again" after fixing something. This started the channel idea and has morphed from a review channel to a fix it channel to a SavintheDay channel. Each day is precious, learn things, experience things, go places and don't be afraid to push your limits.
I just got one of these for my Browning Strike Force HD MAX Plus Trail Camera and the sd card adapter doesnt seat properly .. .and says no sd card (bottom sd slot cam) Using a regular sd card in same alot you push until it clicks and its in.. not this-- Spypoint sent 2 adapters and BOTH do this... I know it technically works bc I held the sim card adapter in for a minute with my fingernail so the contacts hit with and it had normal operation on the cam and sent 2 pictures... Unfortunately I have no way to keep the adapter in the camera.. It does work in my old wildgame trail cam but i really wanted it to work in the browning...
Don't forget that this data is with a rifle with a 20 " inch barrel! So with my ruger American gen 2 ranch with a 16" in. barrel at 100 yards I will have to be 3" inches above the bullseye!
Before you do all that just go to the dealer with your VIN and have them cut you a new key-99% of the time the locks work like new again (the keys wear down).
Hey, hope you see this, I'm reaching out about one of your other videos about torquemaster spring installation and was wondering if you would be interested in our garage door part affiliate program. Let me know a way I can reach you I couldn't track down your email. Thanks!
I have the 3 bike version for years, zero issues works great. Now i have a heavier pedal assist 2022 Giant Reign E+ 3, gonna try it with wheel and battery removed. It should be ok 👍
good day, how is the LFD cross bar holding up with regards to function, durability and overall quality? I want something for my 2020 GX, low profile rack seems expensive compared to 3 cross bars. Most likely going to mount a couple of cases.
There Awesome! Walk on them regularly. Look brand new still, pretty good for anything metal in Ohio (road salt). I mount a box and / or a awning easily.
Wasn't Freedom Munitions sold to another company? Because of past ammunition ammo made by Winchester, which came in a white box and commonly sold at Walmart. Is why I don't shoot fast anymore.
Freedom went bankrupt. Screwed shooters like me with claims and all their suppliers for millions! Never shot Winchester white box, always thought it was garbage- I know it smokes a lot when you shoot it. Magtech and Sellier Bellot all I run now.
Okay so with all the technology we have how advanced cameras are we have drones thermal imaging night vision I could go on but yet still nobody's ever managed to get a clear video or picture of Bigfoot they're always obscure and blurry. So my question is if there's literally no proof why do you believe what you're looking at is a bear with mange
I quess I will need a field poster-board flow chart to take with me, to the range. I bet I have 10 different brands / styles of rounds, for my .350 Legend.
Thanks. I am retrofitting my feeders and I have this protein feeder on order. It looks like this is going to work out. I hope this will help prevent feeding of the turkeys as they are a problem eating all the corn spread on the ground.
I make sure surface is clean and damp prior to using. Make sure suction cup is clean and covered when put away. Been working great- still think its crazy it works so well.
@@MrSavintheDayjust got one myself and trying it out tomorrow. Definitely very sketched out about it but this video helped ease some of the worry. Thanks!
On paper it looks great, but what your make of gun does and barrel length and all the other possible variations that can take place may make a difference. As usual practice is necessary for any true sight in.
I tried zeroing at 100 yds for the 145 grain. The 145 was bullseye and the 180 was eight inches low. I had to put in 32 clicks up to correct 180 point of impact. Would zeroing at 150 yds for the 145 grain automatically work for the 180 grain. Have you actually tried the two rounds and left the scope at same setting and see how they impact? Your theory sounded great and I was hoping it would work at a 100 yds zero for me. Thanks for the video and your efforts.
No, I don’t think it would automatically work. The ballistics on 145 vs 180 are not huge. I am surprised at the 8” low performance you got with the 180 Gr. Toward the end of my video I talk about how closely they both preformed when I shot and using a ballistic calculator. Good Luck at the range, sorry I couldn’t help much.
@@MrSavintheDay Thank you for your reply. I think I figured it out. As you said the ballistics are different. Different speeds and weight. I just have to dial my scope accordingly, and I do use a Strelok which works really well.
Hope you are still around. I took a finishing nail after drilling my holes and bent slightly each hole to creat a vortex and the flame more narrow creating more heat on the surface.
Not that I can see. Any wiggling of the bike on the roof is not the rack...its the metal on the roof flexing. Its been an awesome option to carry bike.

I love their grips, especially the granulated ones. They're SO much better than the basically useless grips that come factory on just about all pistols. I got the grip set for my AR and I can tell the grip one and the one that goes around the mag well, but there's two little narrow slices that I have no idea where they go lol (I got the Talon grips years ago and don't have instructions). Of course Talon's website is basically useless when it comes to instructions. Guess I'll just put on the grip and mag well ones, good enough I suppose.
Really haven't had an issue with these grips at all. I think with proper installation they are pretty much permanent, but removable- Thanks for watching!
