This video made me cry. It's exactly what has happened to me. I have complicated PTSD, had breast cancer, and Grave's disease (4th time), pernicious anemia all brought about from intense stress and shock. 3 suicides my son and daughter first husband. 3 cancer deaths my husband, mother-in-law and niece. Domestic violence after all this from my youngest, my other son trying to cope with grief. Now I am dealing with complicated PTSD and this painful problem neither of my hips will open at all, my left hip is worse than my right and I'm in constant pain. I feel like a hypochondriac because I'm alwats at the doctor and they can't find anything wrong with my hips. A few months ago when I had a pap smear it couldn't be done properly because I couldn't open my legs. I've been suffering now for over 4 years. I also suffer from hip pain on my left side from the top of my hip all the way throughout my buttock around into my groin and it also causes my hip to lock up the paIn often travels all the way down to my ankles and my knee swells up some days feellike it's twisted. My left foot also turns in now and when I try to turn it out it causes pain all the way up my leg through my knee and into my hip. My right side is starting to go the same way. I have been looking at videos to try to fix the problems because exrYs show there's nothing wrong except slight bursitis in my left hip burser.

I was under fed as a child and eas extremely skinny so much so you could see my rips through ny chest, so when i became a teenager i became obsessed with building muscle on my chest so that you couldnt see the ribs anymore and now my back is in constant pain because my chest is so overdevilped and strong it pulls everything out of alignment
Visited Key West. There’s a shortage of great sports massage therapist and proficient chiropractors. I visited a few practices while staying down here and all of them are no where near the level of these top you tube guys. Anyone desiring to start a chiro or sports massage practice in Key West? There is a shortage and people here that have money to spend for great service
I found out riding a bicycle cured my severe plantar fasciitis pain in just a few days. I went from being in so much pain I had to walk with a cane, to after riding a bicycle for about 6 miles to being almost pain free, and walking without a cane. After two days rest I rode my bicycle again for about 6 miles and the next day I was completely free of pain. When I was riding the bicycle I paid attention to what my legs were doing and could feel my thigh, calf, ankle, and foot muscles stretching and then releasing and stretching again. When I was coasting I worked my ankles and moved my feet up and down on the pedals. I also pedaled backwards sometimes to stretch the muscles differently.
More than pain , I get random muscle crap either on top of my left rib cage , doing almost anything even while asleep I’ll wake up to it . I’m about to head to emergency as now have developed massive anxiety about when it will hit me next , as it’s fully random.
I coughed forcefully after just getting out of bed and the entire back shuddered and locked up. I usually put ice packs on immediately after some twinge or pain but it was not helping. 99% I use a hot water bottle daily and after listening to you I took away the cold and just used heat, as I can't bend or walk or sit as it hit the thoracic area and siezed up the lower back, and so laying down all day with heat, I am seeing some softening- also massaging glutes and upper hip both sides wow a Dramatic help, wow, and all these years with this issue, your short video has been SO good. I was carrying a full 5 gallon container at work when I slipped and landed on this plastic container on my front,,,,that was over 25 yrs ago,,,but still have aches and pains from it,,,,it's just like a stitch feeling,,,,yes ,,I had xrays which showed no fractures,,so why do I still suffer.
I'm wondering if this is what is going on with me. It's been a bit over 3 weeks, I have all of these symptoms, plus sometimes when I turn it feels like my hip almost pops out of place and as soon as I try to step on that foot I get extreme pain with a locking sensation. I cant put pressure on that foot until I let it release and almost shake it out a little.
Thank you so much! I have moderate to severe scoliosis plus I sit 8-12 hours per day for my job. For the past few months, I’ve been having this same issue with my right hip. My chiropractor thinks it’s a combination of sitting too much and doing lunges and squats with weakened muscles. I hate it so much 😢
I woke up with a mild version of this one day, tried stretches on youtube, and made it much, much worse. Moving my head ever so slightly almost made my cry. I worried it would stay for a long time, but trust me it heals quickly, just stay in bed for a day or two, rest as much as possible and occassionally carefully move your neck around as much as it allows you to. Be careful with these stretches on youtube, don't do anything that doesn't feel natural, especially massages during a stretch. It will get better.
Soooooo what helps!?? What’s the cure??? I have constant lower back pain This is mid left lower ribs and spine It feels like my backs gon give out and I’m gonna collapse to the ground! It’s f-ing Crippling!! I’m tryn to stretch it seems it helps for a moment than JOLTING AGAONY ! F my life!
