That was amazing. I am in awe. Sometimes we watch things that just leave us staring in a sort of paralyzed state...this was one of those things. The cinematography, the grading, the transitions, the sounds...it was all crafted together so perfectly.
George: The sea was angry that day, my friends - like an old man trying to send back soup in a deli. I got about fifty feet out and suddenly, the great beast appeared before me. I tell you, he was ten stories high if he was a foot. As if sensing my presence, he let out a great bellow.
Thanks very much! There's probably too many in this one to list individually. Probably 90% of the footage was shot on Panasonic cameras. Lenses wise a big mix - Panasonic, Leica, Canon, Atlas Lens Co, Sirui, Meike, Helios. Probably others I've forgotten to mention!
In your poetry full of lies, is there room for Christians? Rowe, you are just another lie, and your poetry is not poetry, and it is very far from being one day. Damned and bastard Freemasonry. That is what you are.
@@Ephisus none. Distortions are one of the quirks of shooting anamorphic. In my opinion, roll with it, or shoot spherical if anamorphic character isn’t for you 👍🏻
We are still in the edit at the moment as it's a project we are working on in spare time between client jobs. Progress is coming along and it shouldn't be long now, although hard to say exactly how long!
I was considering buying a second hand S1H as my first "real" camera in 2024 to learn it all and well, you made me very excited about it ! I hope Panasonic realised that this was the best add/review for their S1H and at least offered you one ! Great work overall.
Hey Joffrey! Have you bought one? I am also considering it as my first real camera. I was considering the Sony a7siii at first, also the FX line and then I was really into the s5iix and now I’m thinking about the s1h 😂 I absolutely don’t know which to choose but I sincerely think it will be the s1h. One thing that is bugging me a tad is the autofocus. I don’t have much videography skills so I don’t really know if I would prefer something as the s5iix instead.
Rowe films. I am in love. You have captured such beauty that I cant describe. Can you please please explain how you captured the wave splashes in such high resolution? I have seen film makers with all sorts of different cameras, lenses and post production but none truly capture such crisp details of water splashes. PLEASE tell me how you did it? Was it stabilization, fps, shutter, post production? I need to know please 🙏

Probably all of the above. The GH6 produces a superb image, and the lenses used are very crisp also. Very little work in post on those shots, other than grading.
Beautiful! Would you mind providing me some advice? I have no gear but I’m wanting to get started with a bang. I’ve assisted on many professional shoots and with photographers so I know a decent amount and can learn very quick. With that, the S5 ii X looks very tempting as I’m looking for a great hybrid that I can make money with. I need both photo and video. What would you recommend?
