Hi on your video about pinterest trademark claim after you filed your claim what did they ask you to do. Like after you submitted the form. Did they ask you to send them an email or they just gave you the username?
They sent me a confirmation a few days later that I was granted the username. I responded to this email: "Complete the form with as much information supporting your claim as possible. Specifically, we will need you to provide some proof that the username is relevant to rights you hold in a trademark being used to identify your goods and/or services (like a trademark registration number, or something that establishes your use of the mark in commerce). Please also provide us with the username of an existing account that you want associated with the username. You’re welcome to include any other specifics or relevant links about your request in the "Details" section of the form. "
I opened my account two weeks ago. Set everything thing up, payments, campaign etc. I did not even start the campaign and got suspended for Egregious violation. Got the suspension removed. Got the account verified and was suspended for Egregious violation. I sent another appeal and i received an email this morning that the suspension was upheld. Very frustrating going back and forth and i have yet to run a live ad
90% or more of RU-vid videos related to selling on Amazon or passive income is a scam: Masterclass scams, clickbait driving affiliate income, KDP ebook scams, app scams AI scams, and so on. I do see some helpful or honest videos but they are rare.
Great video. I'm so tired of seeing these types of ads on RU-vid and always wondered what they were for. What I don't understand is what's the point of the commercial? How do they make money from their commercials for this scam?

I don't have any videos for true pros. My general recommendation for people working in the field or wanting to develop a career is to join PANA or other legitimate orgs, which are aware of the challenges and opportunities posed by AI narration.

My father always said (sarcasticly) "If I ever found a way to make a fortune, the first thing I would do is go out and teach a bunch of other people how to do it, and create lots of competition." Yes, it's a real problem. Many secondhand books (or even new copies) can't be resold. I gave two boxes of new books to the local thrift store and got a small tax write off.
Man, this is terrible for buyers. I don't think the IP is that proprietary. It's a book, it's sold, someone, anyone, should be able to resell it. Shame on Amazon.
Amazon is cancelling a lot of products. I worked with a third party to create a product. After selling over 300 of my inventory and over 6 months later, they wanted me to pay a company $1000 to do testing when my 3rd party had already done it. Because I did not use one of their companies, they sent ALL my inventory back to me. Before I send more money to them, I decided to donate and sell on my own through my own website. I spent so much money on advertising through Amazon and could not believe they would do this to me!

They're embedded in almost every web site through every backdoor possible, but usually up front. Did you recognize the sudden "Log in using your google account" pop-up window on most websites now? That's google taking over the internet finally, as in actually taking it over. You need to follow the instructions on the Library of Congress and Copyright Office websites when you file for a control number or copyright - the addresses are shown on the respective websites or in the communications with those agencies. DO NOT send in books without going through the steps to assign an LCCN or Copyright.
