This is true. Our education system and parents must teach children fiscal responsibility. Unfortunately, we live in an instant gratification society where people live beyond their means until they’re over their heads in debt. Credit can be a great tool if used properly. There is also a mindset today that everyone should go into a new job as the boss making boss money. Hard work, dedication and pride in a job well done is the key to advancement and success, but that’s the last thing new workers today want to do. They think it’s a joke. The joke is on them. You don’t get something for nothing. Look at how horrible socialism is in Venezuela and Cuba.

Absolutely correct! This entire economic system is set up for owning a business, NOT working a job! Teach kids how to start business, how finance and money works. Savings is how you begin building wealth. Do things with your money that have a return, not just consume.
We need to stop training our young people to only want to go to college and take out student loans, starting out their working lives in massive debt. If they can even find a job utilizing the degree they were told, they "have to have" in order to be a success. A much larger portion of them need to be learning the skills to build and maintain the world around us all.
We should teach our children how to grow their own food right out of the ground, hunt and fish as much as possible. What you grow, catch and hunt is all mostly tax free food. We are the only species on the planet that uses a monetary system, created by man to divide those who have it and those who don’t and what they can legally steal from you. Animals don’t use a monetary system, Yet they survive and prosper. Corporations are now proxies for the government along with farmers across the globe. Think back to the Appalachian hillbillies of the 50’s government and mankind alike tried to Shame them for being poor, because they were self sufficient. They didn’t have anything for government and corporations to steal legally under the false pretenses of taxes. They grew their own food, hunted and prospered. What good does it a man to gain the whole world yet lose his soul?
That's what my mom and dad preached to me. You use your credit card, pay 80% of the bill, then you don't buy anything with it. The next month you pay off to 20%. This gives you a better credit rating.
