more common major mistakes are 1- placing hand below navel, 2 not performing rafyuladain while going to ruku and lifting up from ruku. 3 clothes below ankle. 4 not sitting for few seconds after second sujood.
No Muslim man should be wearing jeans and trousers with t shirts whilst reading salah. Especially since they're below his ankles and way too tight. The dress of the Muslim man MUST be like the sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) Many Imams are trying to get this through to them too! Disgraceful!

Assalam alekim brethren and sisters in Islam, While offering namaz during office hours one need to be more careful as mind wanders off since we have client calls and anxiety of escalation. If you pray slowly and calmly, convincing you mind that prayer is in honour of Allah Subhan watalah that would eventually dwindle anxiety and all sort of mundane worries , paving way for mental tranquility and calmness in heart.
