One of the greatest fumbles in the history of fiction Isayama had an opportunity to create one of the greatest stories ever told and he blew it with a forced romance piece of shit ending. Eren died for nothing, he failed to protect Paradis from getting genocided by the outside world, he killed his own mom, turned into a stupid bird so that Jean can plow Mikasa, whucu mind you they show off their kid in front of Eren's grave! Literally SNL comedy skit right there! Lmfao Hagjme Isayama is the Todd Howard of mangakas, hope that failed internet cafe owner never makes a shitty manga ever again! This makes me love Lelouch Lamperouge from Code Geass much more! What a fucking Chad. He would be laughing so hard from hell with Eren right now. It was neck and neck for which anime was better, but this just sealed the deal. Also as usual, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood remains as the God Emperor of GOATED Anime endings. That pure Titan lookin' ass Isayama wishes Attack on Titan has a better ending than Hiromu Arakawa's masterpiece.
Some people find the final time lapse upsetting and though I can sympathize, I don't agree. It resolved one of the main worries I had about how the series would end, because ultimately Isayama had made the drama circle around the human condition and there is no real solution to it. A hundred years or a thousand years, people will end up killing each other again; even with their best efforts our main cast cannot have created a utopia.
I agree, i was one of the critics when i first saw the ending in the manga. But as the time passed it grew on me and now is one of my favorites finales finales ever. Is very realistic, this is was the message that Isayama wanted to show us since the beginning. Even with our best efforts the future is unclear, is very unlikely that truth peace can ever be achieved by humanity, conflicts and war will always happens for so many different reasons for things that are beyond our control. But on the same time we have the subtle message that we will always have hope for better days too, always hope to do right the thing.
@@FranciscoHOS Paradis later gets nuked by the outside world! Floch was right! Lol Eren should have done a complete Rumbling, not 80% of leaving those animals breathing.
@@UmQasaann That happens 300+ years after Eren dies. That’s the point of the show, the cycle of violence never ends. Eren and his friends make up just a chunk of humanity’s history. Even if Eren wiped out 100% of humanity outside of Paradise, eventually the people of Paradise would cause conflict within themselves and the cycle of violence continues.
Ah, whenever I see Mikasa crying at Eren's grave, I always feels like something stabbed through my heart ❤️🩹❤️🩹💔💔. The theme song given there is EPIC 👍🏻👍🏻!!!
@@Sushillo_Angom I don't think that Armin would have a family with Mikasa, knowing that he loves Annie. I really want to believe that the child is adopted and the man may be Armin but just as a friend and they're there just to visit Eren. I really want to belive that that child is adopted from Historia's orphanage. But I really want to know how it really is, I wish Isayama tells the truth someday
God damn lmao. In the manga it seemed like Paradis were being bombed like in a normal war, but in the anime the outside world straight up animated thsm flat out genocided the Eldians of existence.
