How is it steaming if the pasta is submerged in the water. It is not steaming, it may be cooking in the steam cooker, or something like that, but it is not steaming.

Covering something in water and putting it in the oven isn't steaming. I don't know why you would use the oven when you can use the ring, use less energy, and keep an eye on progress.

I just tried using my food steamer on some ramen noodles, for 1 hour, and it didnt work at all. BUT, i think a pressure cooker can steam ramen noodles and any pasta.
@@antivanquishableomnitriump7323 did you add some water into the bowl holding the ramen noodles then putting it into a steamer? i used a normal steamer for my pasta & it works lol
