Hello Sir. what is the difference between a cooperative society and a private developer society. How does the applicability of law change when the private developer has not even completed the project and not yet recieved the completion certificate from the competent govt. authority. How is the maintenance issue likely to be considered in such a situation when the maintenance agency appointed by the developer does not even provide proper services, audited collection and expenditure and there is no financial transparency and prudence.? Many residents in such a situation are not willing to pay the CAM charges. Pls. advise.
