Do I need the Billis sale? I still have the box in the garage. Axis m200 from Lowe’s. It has a Vin number on it. Mira likes everything else 90 cc sticker. In from Michigan
you just need some part of the bike, frame, engine, whatever to have some sort of traceable number on it. If you don't have any numbers then you can make your own like i did as long as it's on the frame, then you can make a bill of sale to yourself showing a cost of whatever and the number.

The last VM22 clone kit I got was $20 from Amazon. The intake was a POS but the carb alone is worth the $20. I have used them on stock and built engines. Once tuned they work fine.
Can you do this is any state? I live in louisiana, also seen the problems with mini bikes in california. I used to live there. I would love to make a mini bike a "moped" so i dont have to run from cops and be able to commute safely. Any tips and tricks?
Did you need a Certificate of Origin or to get a mopad title before you got the registration for the mini bike? I'm located in Virginia and I'm trying to get my mini bike street legal as well.
does it matter what numbers or letter you put on there? anything you could possibly reccomend. Also with the bill of sale can you just write it on a simple piece of paper?
Basically yes! Just have 2 signatures, and a price. BUT, the registration price is based upon how much you spent (wink). But that will still need a self made serial number. I just made a NMB202406 for North Mini Bikes, year 2024, 6th model. Make sure that bill of sale has that number on it somewhere. It's pretty simple. Just google "how to register a moped in Michigan" it will tell you what's required of the bike, and you.
When u say receipt of bill of sale on engine it says 212cc and in indiana they only let us have 50cc wont they say sumtn about that? Just questions help
You can even do like what I did, stamp a number for a serial number on the bike write yourself a bill of sale that you bought it from Joe schmo down the road they just want something to show ownership
Absolutely love your bikes and especially this one!!! By the looks of it you had to be hitting AT LEAST 65-70mph! What was your average speed on this ride?!
