You got bad information, Ever heard of CourtTv? It was a whole channel of trials in vivid color AND sound. This one was just not interesting enough to get the proper approvals, procedures to video.

Shit was supposed to be a 5 minute process to determine the date for the actual trial but the judge got carried away trying to desperately control the situation and couldn't take it that the defendant wouldn't be controlled

The one thing that got me was “you’re telling me this is a murder case and there’s only a 4 page indictment on the discovery?” Is that unusual for murder cases? It does sound like a rather small amount of material to me, but I don’t know anything about court

I mean in the end it shown but still it was a nice moment. Maybe he shouldn't have called the guy a queer I am not sure what is a thing and what isn't anymore and if you were offended that sucks it does you can be assured though that for those who were not or that use queer as an insult themselves it won't be long and they will be offended by something too so chalk it up to things working themselves out. @@ishmael4546 Yes he sees people who have done very bad things and he has to make very hard decisions that I would not want to make myself. However the odds are he has more than once sentenced an innocent person or has watched as an innocent person was pressured by threat of a max sentence by the da to take a deal. And weather the judge is aware of this or not the damage is done a father lost his son a wife her husband a son lost his father and that judge is at fault. The damage for even a short sentence is imesurable.
