@@praveenb9048 that's just because they are living in colder temperatures. It solidifies due to cold and then melts in your mouth back to liquid form 👍
Dr is telling do not drink the oil because it has bacteria from mouth, coconut oil is anti bacterial so they will be killed by being in oil. "You should not drink the oil" because its heavy for digestion and mostly wont get digested fully and so it will cause discomfort in belly. and regular consumption oil directly will result more regular discomfort and maybe serious issue.
Is it possible to treat it permanently without surgically removing my teeth? My dentist is suggesting me to remove all the 4 wisdom teeth to avoid any future problems.. I'm in a little hesitate state
Thanks for the information on this video! Another great thing for oral health is the use of Xylitol. A lot of research has been done in Finland in the 1970s.
@@DoctorUpasana Ok. Thank you. I went to the dentist for a checkup and they have given me pain killers. However after sometime the pain becomes unbearable. I've been doing salt water rinsing as well.
@@vishalpatial28 You can also try using cold compress like what my dentist told me. I also asked kriss ai for additional tips and it said that it's best to avoid hot/cold foods and sugary foods and drinks as they can exacerbate the pain :(
Can't you get an earlier appointment, considering you're in so much pain. Strange.. here in India we give an emergency appointment within an hour of request

Mam my lower right side molar teeth is shaking a little bit, will oil pulling work and will it stop shaking And also I'm having some cavity in my left side premolars and I'm having gum recession in my lower incisor So please give me advise will this work?
Hello Dr I am 58 years old and I have implants and some root canal n caping done .My gums are receding can i use the tooth paste that u mentioned in your video will it heal and help me .Pls do reply . thank you
One of my right upper molar tooth broke a bit and I got scared. I had been feeling something sort of a cavity over there when my tongue touched that part, but after that tooth broke, I got to realise that the tooth feels brittle and my tooth has decayed significantly. I consulted at a govt Hospital, and the Doctor told me there is cavity, but a filling or restoration would do and prescribed me an antibiotic and told me to come back after 3 days. But because of me always travelling and never staying in one place for a long time, I could not attend there again. However, on 10th July, while I was in Bhubaneswar, I went to Apollo Hospital for consultancy, and the Doctor told me I need a RCT. And I was feeling high sensitivity when I ate ice cream over that tooth. Doctor told me the decay has reached till the pulp part. Thus I got a RCT done on 11th of July from Apollo Bhubaneswar with GIC filling I guess. Since then I have not been feeing any sensitivity on my tooth per se. However, I feel something a bit different at the nearby tooth gums and that tooth gum as well. I have been told to get a crown after 21 days or 3 weeks since 11th July, 2024. But after seeing videos of how crowning is done by trimming significant tooth to a perpendicular cylinder or pillar and the fact that the cap or crown will come off and is not a permanent fix, after years and if not taken proper care of, I am worried, anxious, upset and confused what to do next. And whom to consult. Hope you see this and respond accordingly.
I knew about oil pulling many years ago but didn’t think much of it as it seemed like a queer practice. Then i watched a few other videos & decided to try it as i had a bit of pain in my gums. I used my normal palm cooking oil. It was interesting to see the murky texture after doing it from its original clear yellowish oil colour. The next day to my astonishment, the pain had gone! And another interesting thing was that i had very 'pretty' smooth stools! 😂 I felt healthier and it was just overnight! I only comment here and not in the other videos bc it is a rare thing to have a professional dentist to advise on oral dental care. Most doctors and dentists nowadays forget the Hippocratic Oath, and only care about their pockets. God will bless you for your kindness and generosity. Amen.
Hey! Thanks for your kind words and also for sharing your lovely experience with Oil Pulling. I am sure you will inspire so many of my viewers to start 🙂
Thank you Dr For the information.I am 58 yrrs old.I had done oil pulling for some time but what i noticed my implants got loose.I have a few caps on my teeth too Was it because of oil pulling or some other reason . Should I continue oil pulling reason..Please guide me
Hey! Oil pulling can't make the well integrated dental implants to go loose. There has to be another underlying factor at play. Are you a diabetic by any chance?
thanks for these effective home remedies... try Arjun Saar of Planet Ayurveda which contains goodness of Arjuna and Amla and is helpful in bleeding gum.

Hi Dr Upasana! Could you please make a video on sleep bruxism. All the possible causes. The treatment for it. Permanent treatment and not just a mouthguard especially for those with overcrowded teeth.
