I was really struck (no pun intended) by the martial arts mindset. Brady is 100% right in that Karate, or any martial art, is about mental focus and discipline. To an outsider Karate is just a blur of punches, kicks and blocks, but for the participants the action slows down. It isn't about reacting, because your mind isn't fast enough. It's about training your mind and body to work together the right way without thinking. Zen literally translates into English as "No mind". It is a state of being and calmness that opens your mind and body to what is happening in that instance and to see what you need to do 3 moves from now to succeed. I participated in Judo (not a black belt) and liken a competition to a chess match on your feet. The same is true in Karate, and the ability to see the path forward with a plan formulated in the moment 5 moves ahead is what leads to success. More politicians should embrace planning while living in the moment. The personal attacks and nastiness doesn't help the public, which is what politicians are supposed to do. Congrats on achieving your black belt Sensei Brady. You could teach your fellow MPPs a lot leading by example. The right mindset is key to achieving your goals, whatever those may be.

At the end of the day. The Provinces depend on transfer payments from Ottawa. Ford depends on these same transfer payments. Trudeau holds the reins. Tax on tax, tax on fuel, increasing cost of groceries because of transportation costs. All because of his misguided carbon taxes. All of Canada is suffering. It's time to end Trudeau's time as P.M. Who was a mistake from the beginning!

What's extremely sad is the go-to line that the doctors had back then 20 years ago. They told people to shut up or they told him it was psychosomatic and that they were crazy. Fu doctors

We all know but it’s the conspiracy theorists that prevent us from getting anywhere cause that’s the focus you people want make it about that and not the disease we have to cope with it and live with it. No one that’s got it cares where it came from we care what to do about it. It’s to bad you don’t have that much energy making people suffering from its life better. That would help us where perpetuating the conspiracy doesn’t do anything for us.
