How do we know how much to dig, how much diameter is the iron in the lower foundations, and how wide is the excavation semelee and when placing poutrelle In place of wood in the ceiling can it be installed poutres to stabilize it and how?
It depends on the design ,the width of the beams can be larger than that of the walls especially if the structure is designed as a fully framed structure and the spans are big.
Geotechnical information often dictates whether to apply shallow or deep foundation.Although it's not always a requirement to lay foundation on hard rock ,minimum foundation depth is normally applied with regard to soill bearing capacity ,weight of the structure and soil moisture.
