The class 745 is going to airlink and the class 390 is going on express because saint Helans bridge,airport park way and airport central have been upgraded
Honestly, I feel the same about the ALC-42 and SC-44 Chargers. Both are some of the most unreliable diesels Amtrak has ever received and I’ll tell you why. The air intake is exposed, so when they run through cold areas, or even when snow comes down, they freeze up, break down, and leave passengers stranded for hours. If “modern technology is better”, then why is it that the Chargers are failing, when they’re as old as 2017, yet the P42DCs, which are as old as like 1993/1996, are still vastly roaming the rails? Apologies for the rant.
I will use the following trains on these operatiors (Top 12) Class 196 AirLink DB Regio Connect Class 142 Connect Class 331 Double Connect Class 700 (both 8- and 12-coach variants) AirLink Class 390 AirLink + Express I.C.E. 2 AirLink + Express Class 333 (5 car) Connect Class 360/2 Connect Class 755 Connect Class 90 AirLink Class 701 (5 car, 4 for Waterline) Connect
1: Nope, doesnt go to any airport 2: A german train would be stupid 3: Not a regional train cuz its a commuter train 4: Too long, that wont happen 5: Agreed 6: The 390 doesnt go to any airport but its too long 7: Doesn’t go to any airport aswell and its too fast 8: A 5 car 333 doesnt exist 9: The 360/2 can stay on airlink 10: Agreed aswell 11: It doesn’t go to any airport cuz its a EMU train 12: A 5 car variant would be good for connect but a 4 car 701 doesn’t exist
