Thanks for sharing. I’m not interested in relocating to Florida because Plano,TX is a cozy wonderful town but I’d like to visit Miami. I’ve visited Fort Lauderdale years ago. I’d like to visit the family friend areas of Miami only.
Unless you are making atleast $350k per year drive a lamborghini or rolls royce phantom or better can live in a affluent neighborhood you willnot survive miami you will feel very out of place its a very materialistic, competitive, and status driven city its not for the average person
FWIW ... Coral Gables DOES have a "beach"; Matheson Hammock Park has a decent sand beach & lagoon completely surrounded by a breakwater/walking path. Very safe w a lifeguard and family-friendly vibe. Just sayin

It always amazes me how in many Miami neighborhoods there are no sidewalks on either side of the street, even on streets with larger homes and incredibly well-manicured lawns. This means you likely won’t feel safe or comfortable walking your dog, pudding your baby in a stroller or having your kids ride their bikes or scooters outside. Do you know why this is?
That's a great observation. Maybe it was just a time of how they did the development. Where I grew up in SC they also don't have a lot sidewalks. I think it's more of a common request now.
@@JameyPrezzi Thanks for your kind reply. Maybe it’s a reflection of people wanting to be more active and spend time outside, which is usually part of why people move to Miami - to enjoy the warmer weather and the outdoors in general.
You should do a monthly, short episode, few minutes, on that market data of miami real estate market. Would be a great content for data/statistics driven watchers.
Who open the escrow, buyer or seller agrent? I assume its seller agent since there is question on what is the seller commission amount and that is only known by the seller agent.

Sorry, I just saw this comment. If you google Miami Dade or Broward real estate closing costs calculator, you can input generic numbers, and it will show what items there are for fees to close when paying cash. That should give you a good idea of what those expenses are... it's really case by case and has different variations but cash buyers have closing costs too.

Hi! It really just depends on so many different things. If you like the ocean and think you would enjoy it, the beach definitely. If you want more of a city feel, Brickell has that. Perhaps a single-family home in the HOA community, there's that too. I know it's probably a general answer but I like many different areas for different reasons :)
@@JameyPrezzi no thanks ! I really like brickell and i love to be in the mix but I also love nature and quiet too! So a good medium would be great! Also. I was looking at brickell because I feel business would thrive there
