Thanks! I really like the GeneSport bag I'm using in the video, I don't know about how much they cost though because I was gifted the bag from a friend, but if you can find heavybags that have chains for straps and the link connecting them to the bag is triangular you should be good to go.
I usually throw lots of those in my videos but I started to assume it was boring for people and nobody was interested in seeing them so I figured I'd do hooks for a bit. I guess I was wrong haha I'll get back to showcasing those again in the next one.
Thanks, it gets the job done for sure. My only real complaints are that I can't circle the bag and there are alot of exposed tree roots that make doing fancy footwork quite a trick to pull off so I've been planning to build another with an actual floor and a roof.
Good speed. I would recommend softer material though. Sometimes what doesn't kill you doesn't make you stronger, it just damages you for life. Hands were not designed for punching, very small bones, and the tendons and ligaments in your knuckles are super easy to damage without even realizing it. Still, in a pinch with 16 oz gloves, not going full force, would be good for speed and combo drills. Keep it up, good show.
