Done that journey many times Slough to either Pompey or hayling island even before bordon & peters field by pass....early days even had to go thru Farnborough Fareham & Aldershot on A325
Brings back so many memories of my youth...I lived in Acton back in the 80's ,but worked in Southhall...I loved the place..so vibrant and so much activity..seemed busier back then..any time of day and night...amazed the solicitors firm where my girlfriend worked is still there..I also have Southall to thank for me passing my Driving test with such ease..it only lasted 35 minutes..20 of which was stuck in the high street traffic.....Reckon it was better back in the 80's...but then everything was.
Thank you for your command I don't work at Stansted Airport I create videos for RU-vid, and I don't know about local bus service they are few hotels near the airport.

Are arrivals and departures in the same section or do you have to go outside to get to each? I Have a self connecting flight so will be coming out of arrivals to go into departures straight away
The area around the outside of T4 looks like something from 1970’s East Germany - totally depressing. The inside is also very poor, way behind T5 and most other International airports,
My home town! I last visited Aldershot April 2022 and, sadly, the town centre is now pretty depressing, not an uncommon sight now in a lot of town centres. Thank you for making this video.
