Hurt knee at work had arthroscopic surgery didn't work told them I walk with bent knee happened in 2018 antalgic limp caused back pain 2021 had to stop working when asked to do extremely more walking at work while waiting on total knee replacement approval,while doing extra walk keep asking PTP do modify work he did after first week of new walking duties,then he said he didn't want to hear about new injuries or my knee he was treating did walking for month then back and neck knees hips ankle hurt bad had to go to E.R. didn't know why I couldn't move anymore had myofascial pain that eventually needed trigger points injections, insurance denied new injuries been off work since Oct 2021 had nerve conduction study done neurologist Dr said less than sedentary, sever radiculopathy in hands and legs. Also fell on buttocks when hurt knee that day had to get a second lawyer first wasn't worth a wart on a 🐕 dog ass.Now have pain in testicles from facet injections in lower back from numbness in legs had injections in testicles no relief 😢 had epidural in lower back ,legs still numb walk with cane shoulder now hurts need surgery on shoulder now.both hips hurt possible bi later hip impingement seen on x-ray other knee hurts from over compensation. Still haven't received a dime since 2018 they want to have one trial on old and new injuries!!! A Nightmare 💀🔥 now have Psychologist for depression and anxiety!!! Use to be a runner now on high blood pressure meds, diabetes meds. Chlorestal meds.SMFH😢
Past statue of limitation since the company, insurance, company doctors falsified and lied about my work related injury, now I can’t work and on ssi now. Cherry on top I have 2 children in elementary smh
I wish i word of seen this video 3 years ago. I have sciatica down both legs with weakness in them, as well as my back. But i only got14% disability rating by my doctors. i hope its nots too little too late for me.

A truck backed into my car when I had my husband had his foot on the brakes. This took place in wells fargo parking lot. My head light is broken and no damages on his car. On the accident report it stated that both vehicles were in motion. I tried to get the accident report amended but the police officer still made it look like I was at fault. I then asked the police officer could she obtain the footage at the bank but she stated that since there was no medical injuries it would be a discretion. I really don't want to pay for what the other party did to my car. I feel the only way I can prove that I am in the right is if I can obtain the footage at Wells Fargo but she refuses to do it. Do you have any advice?
My ex husband had a workers comp case for the term of our ten yeay marraige. He included mental health in which he confinced that his employer was our prolem. I then find out that he had been lieing about it . I filed for divorce / i had opened a business because i became upsetvof the case. Then in family law he lies about me then moves in his mistress and they bith get a job as a sheriff regardless that he did and does not qualify. He does not dosclose the truth and he and his mistress take all buy beubg dishonest. How do i explain to a judge that he and her are being dishonrst they planed to take all and have successfully done so die to the sheriff job they got claiming to be the law! Other things you need to know...When you first get injured at work, report it right away to your supervisor unless they're standing right there in front of you watching this happen. Either way, put what happened to you in writing. Go to Urgent Care or the ER right away. Apply for worker's compensation with your place of work. Worker's comp. insurance has a defense attorney in their pocket to fight you every step of the way. Stay strong. You can do this! The defense attorney will come up with a frivolous reason to deny your claim. They like to use, "This probably didn't happen at work" excuse a lot. Stay under cameras so that your work injury is videotaped. Even then, have witnesses around to back you up and put what they saw in writing! Once your claim is denied, because the state encourages this (employers bring in the money to South Carolina so that state is on the defense team's side), do anything you can to stay afloat. No matter what, Trust NO ONE in worker's comp. They'll smile at your face while holding a sharp knife behind their back. You'll contact an attorney for pro-bono work. I advise finding one far away from where you live as the old boy's club is still in action. If you live in Myrtle Beach, call Greenville or Columbia for a worker's comp. attorney. Someone not in the thick web of thieves in your area who all went to high school together. Most of these people haven known each other for years and play games under the table. South Carolina worker's comp. is the DMV of courts. DELAYS is the name of the game so that you get frustrated and walk away from your case. Call 211. Get financial assistance any way you can with rent, food, electricity, etc. You're about to go to war! Stay strong! Keep Looking Up! Surround yourself with a strong support system (Family, Friends, and Church). Your first hearing could take up to a year to get to because defense lawyers are given many continuances (a fancy word for delaying your hearing to, again, frustrate you in hopes you'll walk away). You'll finally get to your first hearing and WIN because you're Awesome and you're not a sketchy person. You'll receive all of that backpay you've missed out on. That's the good news. The bad news is, you have to accept the defense team's doctors. Most of these doctors get paid less than Medicaid. Seriously. Guess what kind of doctor doesn't want to get paid less than Medicaid? I'll leave that here for you to ponder. Cough Cough... quality doctors. Obviously, common sense says that's you'll heal faster with your own doctor vs. some random stranger willing to accept low wages for a quick buck. Keep going! You're winning! Eventually, the insurance company will look at your case and say, "This person has been in the system and getting paid 2/3 of their paycheck for 2+ years now. Guess we better close this case." They'll encourage one of their "doctors" to release you on maximum medical improvement (MMI) and send you to an FCE (functional capacity evaluation) even if you're bleeding out the eyes. Then, they'll talk about impairment ratings and all sorts of nonsense. That impairment rating stuff originated with pirates *just a side note. They'll say your injury is worth a certain amount of money even though this has completely destroyed your life in every aspect. *Another side note, I'd like to know the actual number of people who have committed suicide while being stuck in this process, in PAIN, for many months or years. Do you know who is making the most money off your broken body? The defense lawyer. They're making anywhere around $200-300 an hour for possibly over 2+ years while you sit in agony waiting to get out of the system. At this point, you'll just want to see your own doctor who you trust. You're not going to "win the lottery" with worker's comp. That's personal injury law with pain and suffering. Worker's comp. knows you get nothing monetarily for pain and suffering. Do you think they care? No. Absolutely not. I know because I've been in this system for 805 days now with an injured cervical spine. It's coming to a close finally but only because the insurance adjuster finally caught wind of the fact that my case has been open this long. My advice: work from home, work for yourself, work online and maybe move out of South Carolina to a state that has better management. God Speed!
How do you know where to find a copy of the search warrant and affidavit? Many times they try to show you an electronic copy. Is there a time frame to contest a warrant?
I once had a no-knock SWAT warrant served on my house over "the smell of weed". 12 cops with rifles broke in at midnight just to catch me with a joint.
The cop searched my house twice one has a typewriter of the judges name, and no signature attached no notifications attached no deputy clerk attached just the cops notarized signature. Then I got a red flag for my guns in the state of Colorado. The cops came in the day before the signature was authorized. I have this all documented. And I still don’t know the answer. Pretty sure it’s too illegal searches, and six or seven months. Of time.
Sir, I've been on modified duty for 1 yr. as a HHC nurse with bil tendonitis. The restrictions are no lifting, pulling, or pushing over 20lbs. is unrealistic, because my pt., that I've care for, for 10yrs. is 80lbs and bed bound. I continue to endure pain everyday. How should I approach my Dr. about going on WC permanently? I've already had one steroid shot on my own dime last year. NEW SUB.
I had 3 cops gang up on me forced me to let them try to get blood out of me in the city hall. The chief stuck a needle in my arm 3 times without a warrant or a single drop of blood out of me he said we can do this the hard way or the easy way up to me after that I ended up sitting in jail for 2months on a 800,000 dollar bond. I ended up getting sentenced for 2nd offense DUI. The city cops jail and my public defender are against me and I need help. The officer that left the traffic stop violated his traffic stop on top of them being out of there jurisdiction to do that to me. There was no probable cause to pull me over. I have a disability and they took advantage of me profiling me.
What would a hit and run with a wreck less 18 wheeler with a action similar to a pit maneuver that caused head,neck,back and knee injury compensation would be. My friend is wondering and the state he had in is has some vague laws on this
Hello gm. My injury was right forearm and now my hold arm has pinch nerve wen a box . I've been saying that's why I went to a doctor in first place cause a vein,nerve was showing out my forearm injury... An they insurance company took long getting my pain meds.... In settlement talks. An judge was not happy with the first settlement. Would I need to get my medical records to show that I didn't have prior injuries???? An my arm,shoulders, hand,forearm, neck is my injuries, can I get for all parts or just arm,??
Victor, thanks for the challenging question! Assuming your case is in SC, it's complicated. First, a doctor has to relate the glaucoma to the injury. Next, the doctor has to relate your worsening vision to the injury. Finally, vision loss is covered in a different law. If you're in or near Spartanburg, SC, do let me know how I can help. I have low back herniated dis L4 s1 and a laminectomy dicompression surgery done on me . Insurance denied fusion twice. They dont want to be responsible for lower neck or cervical treatment. I got 6 months that my cervical disk c6 stating to get herniated too. What do you recomend me ?
