Thank you! I love this print too, violets were my great-grandmother's favorite flowers, I always gave her a small bouquet on her birthday 🙂 I have very fond memories associated with these delicate, little flowers 💜🙂
I incorporated the clay in stages. After decorating the inside with clay, I waited for it to dry, then applied it to the outside. In areas where the extrusion was too narrow, I filled in with additional pieces of clay. In places where the back and front were joined, I smoothed the clay with a wet wipes :)
