Nice variation we hyderabadis don't make it green,its golden yellow and also we add zeera either in tadka or use zeera powder while the besan cooks with water after roasting....its yummmmmm❤
that is soo good with fries, chips, wedges, you name it! i did not have paprika or cayenne pepper but you can substitute with gochujang peppers or hot chilli flakes. will be following again lol
