thanks i have problem i m using version 2019 and when i want use transition downloaded it doesnt effect when i remove mp4 of file effect it doesent work but when used preview it work!!! how should i solve this?!

Hi, When I connect my television to my laptop with an HDMI cable, I never have sound when I am in a PPRO project, nor even with a bluetooth connection with the television. It's only PPRO that gives me this problem, why ? THANKS
