Great video I did the reverse trip twice to Chicago where a English friend of mine rented a place opposite grant park I loved Chicago from great shops free zoo buddy guys club n navy pier etc x from london❤
I live near Bath and recently did Solsbury Hill , i am so fortunate to live in this part of England . I loved seeing the things thats you shouldn't have done but did anyway Cheers 😊
What a beautiful video tribute to your grandpa music spot on and I love the subtle monte python tribute, after looking at a few of your videos you must be a pretty fun family I showed my father and he teared up at primorose Hill come back again and why swim just a moat swim across the whole damn Thames
Ps, `best Vlog on travel I`ve ever seen and your taste in music corresponds almost exactly with my own. I rarely subscribe to anything outside of the dry and un-moving world of maths ( to be fair I also love Medi-Eval European History ) In saying that I`m more than happy to see more of you. Eager, in fact, if this typically represents the quality of your craft. I`ve just seen and heard the video, and am going to immediately see and hear it again. It is almost affective. Very well done. In fact I think some congratulations are due to you.
Pleased you enjoyed but not sure about an adult male jumping on the bed for some reason. And as for laying on someone’s grave. Wow. That’s pretty disrespectful, sorry.
Brilliant introduction. I'm just going to watch the rest now. I like how you've made a video of photographs too. I'm a 85 year old Briton. Travelled all over Britain. Visited places you never saw. But by golly, you visited places I never saw. Loved your whole trip.
Forget the "geography issues". It was a good video to watch. Better than if I and my family did a video of a trip to the USA. At least you seemed to enjoy your holiday. Hopefully nobody fell from or damaged any historic walls....!
Looks like you had a great time. Smiles aplenty! Come in the Summer next time! edit: I'm sorry you didn't get to see more, maybe next time :) Your trip to Iceland looked good.
Glad you enjoyed your time in England, our beautiful country . Iceland is also a beautiful other worldly place ,we visited about 8 years ago, it was a country and land that I felt at home . 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴
If it makes you feel better we put my step mothers ashes who was born and raised in London there (per her wishes) and my father a Yank wanted to be with his wife None of that changes how much I love the country and its people God Bless England.
@@bwilson5401, it's because they wear away and can get lose, just because someone else has done it doesn't make it ok , it's a good job that the children didn't slip and hurt themselves.
Well buddy you see, their part of the vacation was Mainly Scotland and when they came back to London afterwards, they stopped by Whitby and Scarborough, so it seemed rather pointless to say, oh now they have entered England. But thanks on the geography lesson.
@@maxmoore9955 a bit harsh! - im a Brit & i enjoyed it - just people enjoying their hols, & they had the good sense to realise the UK is not just London & the Home counties!
A great trip for unfortunate reasons to a country that if I could not live in America i would love to call home, thank you England, (sorry about the moat but it was a lifelong dream)
, it just had to be done well done and now you know how cool the water in the UK is more so the North Sea off the East Coast of the UK . It's a bit late but the most castles in Wales is in the North and the East of England has the most castles , Bamburgh Castle is excellent, below that in another castle is were they filmed part of Harry Potter.
A really nice video postcard - one of the best I've seen on RU-vid. I like the way you encapsulated the essence of the UK, and the choice of music was great. I guess you now understand that the UK is just one big movies set - hope you enjoyed your visit. I also like that you managed to fit in a trip to Iceland. That's a country that deserves a lot more exposure - well done.
