@tayo992 same at Tayo he is my instructor and he is an amazing teacher his arms were not bad, ur not supposed to use ur arms in jive as much. His arms were good. If you wanna argue wt that, reach till that level and talk
@Michelle20881 I'm sorry, are you capable of logical deductions? I suck cause his arms were good? How come your fingers didn't hurt or even break when you were typing that? Goodness!
@AceyBlade Well, that's how Eugene teaches it...and he got pretty successful doing it. I'm sure different teachers have different ways of teaching the dance.

uhmm i don't think pros have simpler routines... for example michael and joanna and ricardo and yulia;) but i agree maybe they should change their choreo...
though that sentiment is generally true... the jive is kind of different its more about having fun pumping and being able to do everything in sync if this was a rumba I'd agree with you
yeah I understand though well the original cuban rumba was a little faster but well even in the american rhythm section its a little slow now but well yeah its still a little like this
"Come As You Are" Rumba Version: Aaliyah Jones & Jackson Burke - from "Latino Contigo" Original Version (Slower): Jaci Velasquez ft. Louis Fonsi - from "Crystal Clear"
I don't think they lost their passion, I think that the longer you dance, just as in normal life, u mature (at least some people Lol). I guess one would appreciate the art more, hence satisfying not only the spectators, but yourself as well on a personal level. Maybe that's why when u get to Bryan and Carmen stage, some people dislike u cuz u're dancing for u first.
