Womens rugby...what a flash back... Linda was our captain, i played flanker until cancer took away my health... Nice to see the ladies of velox still kicking ass... ( We used to black out our teeth on the mouth guard and tape down our ears to intimidate the other teams...never lost a game...) ❤ From an older player...best time of my life❤
It doesn't matter how many times I watch it, I blink and he's placing the ball down. They fall when he doesn't even know they are behind him! It's nuts!! He makes it look effortless!!
The Elk Valley boys were complete gentlemen. You guys showed your colours and sportsmanship when you cheered and clapped for the Jackals the following day during the finals match. A big "cheers" from Vernon!
Wish we had more pitches like this one in California. There are very few overall for any clubs. When a club has to play on an American football field at some local high school, with fake turf and goal posts on the back line of the end zone, it's Course Rugby!
They're very slow pressing up but yet again American 7s is a very difference style of play, would be fun the watch them play other 7s squads their age around the world
aka get smoked. Sadly. The scrum form for the saints side needs some work as well. i would suggest more pick and drive, less just passing, but all in all pretty well done on both sides
@@samcollins5276 earl Marriott played very well and I doubt they would get smoked, they had a strong run game but tried to create space with the passing and it worked, they where a bit slow on defence but had a strong work ethic and structure and it payed dividens
No worries Alex. Make sure you start with low load and get the technical parts really working. Build up load as you're able but go mostly for repetitions at your current development stage.
Well done BC Rugby. I particularly liked the messaging on the personal drive to mental and physical toughness, determination and competitiveness. My rugby days have passed but I have maintained these attributes to become a team member of False Creek Racing Canoe Club, World Champions of the 2014 Club Crew Dragon Boat Championship.
